This program forced landscape mode and did not scale well for my two phones (Samsung Note Edge 2014 and Nexus 5) because everything overlapped I could not access all intended controls and not everything showed up on the screen. This worked perfectly though on my Nexus 10 tablet running Lollipop 5.1 build LMY47D and interfaced with my 2011 Accessory Dev Kit. Only thing not tested were the relays although the relays did click and the LEDs did switch on and off. I would've given another star or two if this worked on my phone as well.
The application is forcing landscape mode, please fix and make the project open source for learning purposes.

Worked very well with my HTC One. But for some odd reason, it forces itself into landscape mode even though I want portrait. Please do fix that issue. Other than that, I was able to control LEDs on my Arduino Uno with a SainSmart USB Host Shield. I would really like to see the source code of this app to develop my own.
