The app is a bit average for a banking app.. The interface was a well thought out idea and it makes it easier to navigate. The app is not seamlessly smooth which is going to need a lot of work, plus it tends to just buffer and show a white screen at times for absolutely no reason. All in all developer's dont need to reinvent the wheel just polish the app up. 2 stars from me for its convenience

Good day! Honestly! I prefer the older version of this app because it was much more "user friendly" and faster to use. This new upgrade has too much unnecessary graphics, though they are nice to see, and too much upgrade requests. The great thing is that the app is much more secure. 👊🏽

The app was just ok. It did not wow me. Having said that, it does perform its intended function. The UX could be better. I messaged the bank in-app several weeks ago, and I am yet to receive a response. I want to close one of my accounts, but none of the accounts I have with the bank show up in the options, meaning I cannot close the account. Maybe I am just an idiot and I could not figure it out, and if that is the case, it would be nice to have an idiot--proof app. Like I said, the app did not wow me, but it definitely beats standing in a queue. If you hate queuing as much as I do, download the app.

Absolutely handy app, I dont bother going to the bank as I just use secure wifi and do all the banking I need at home. I love the fingerprint log-in option and that the app is quite simple to use and navigate around the menu.

1. Keeps disabling biometrics 2. Not user friendly. How many steps do I have to go through just to recharge? Can there be simple buttons for airtime, transfer and payments, and use material design guidelines.

A very good app and bank with flexible payments. I had a nightmare with international payments until I became a client of this bank. Easy account opening. Easy app usage. Easy local and international payments. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was all okay at first...working fine and all...but I don't know what happened when I try to open the app the second time it tells me code 4 whatever that is...how can it work and not working in a lesson than 30mins it says oops unusual device configuration detected.for added safety this application is not supported in this device.please update or restore your device to use this application.(code: 4) and I have no absolute idea what to restore or update.kindly give insight.thanks you.

The app stopped working. Keeps crashing immediately after opening but runs in the background. Even after reinstalling it a few times.

App is easy to navigate and understand. The pop up advertisements are annoying though. Remove them, and it would be perfect.

I didn't have problem with it when I installed it. Today it's giving me a hard time. It requests me to update and i did that but still I can't do transaction, I have to do update several times 😥😥 still it doesn't allow to login

I love this online banking App. I have never experienced any problems with it. No need to go to the bank anymore!!! Hence a 5 star rating.

Im using a new huawei phone,y7A and it doesnt support google play and now i cant access the app,i was using it previously even on this phone but now it seems like its no longer supports the app,im very stuck as i used it for payments..when i try to download again it says its downloaded but i cant open it and it doesnt appear on my app list

So far, I can't complain. I like the fact I don't have to visit the bank to make transactions. I have applied for Tema savings account and the system copies the information that already exists and therefore no need to visit the bank to submit needed documents. For that, it's a 5 star rating.

The app works fine for most options except Service and requests. It simply just give me a white screen and nothing happens and I am forced to terminate.

Absolutely amazing. I am able to carry out all necessary transactions anytime anywhere, saves me so much time and stress. I just love it

I am honestly not pleased with some of the services that I required because I never got the help I needed, I long applied for a savings account, I guess 2 months back and all I got was a message that my application has been sent and that it would be processed within 24 hours. Also have been to the bank 4 times to request for my mobile banking pin to no avail. Go tla bo gotwe it will be ready in 24 hours but I guess they meant to say 24 months.

Iv been trying to upgrate for almost 2 weeks now...its failing i dont knw what could be the problem...iv used a lot of data bundles trying and trying with no results

So they make a change to the Biometric Login service without informing clients and it keeps disabling it so that you can use your Biometric details AFTER you have already logged in. Some genius didn't think this change through carefully. Disappointing

It has been working fine all along. Now I changed phones to a Note 20. Since then I can't even open the app. I get a "Code 4" error

I downloaded the app it worked for a week then it started to show a code 4 error! I uninstalled it and same error still comes out! What could be problm

I have had it for a while now. I was trying to use to do something. It shows is outdated. Uninstalled and installes again still requesting me to upgrade my app.

the latest update reports I cannot change settings because the device is registered to another user.... and it lags when I have to log in... 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 problem FIXED.... thank you your quick reply to my email...

Good app but if i apply for a loan and have to put the name of my work it doesn't appear. When i try the second option which says i must write a bried description of what the work does it won't enter what i write and i can't proceed.

Very convenient. I love it. I can access my account anytime and send money when I want to. Keep it up scb.

The New app is not easy at all. I prefer the old one because it was easy to do it on your own. Not user friendly at all.

I have been enjoying the service until it asked to upgrade and keep taking me back where i started without doing to acrual upgrade. I would use some help

Im having a problem updating the app, it wants me to delete my other apps yet it doesn't complete updating, at 70%it stops and wants me to delete more apps citing space shortage

User friendly App, easy to navigate around and the finger print unlock is the great feature😉
