The app is great and everything, but for the last 2days I have been unable to access my online banking account. The login button or any icon in the app just won't respond. Very inconvenient.

App was good. However,with the recent updates, I am unable to register for an SC mobile key. Everytime at log in,I get a request to first register for an SC Mobile key. Thereis no option to not register. Everytime I try registering I get an error. This means I have to go through this long process whenever I want to transact. I have been told to uninstall and reinstall it but that hasn't worked even after doing it at least 3 times. Very disappointed.

The app used to be great until the mist recent update. Now it's completely unusable, when I open the app, am unable to use it because the 3 lines on the top left and the exit button on the right are not responding

Introduce dark theme settings. We should have two options (dark and light themes). Secondly, I'm always told to check fx rates on the App when transacting internationally but I try to search and I've never seen the option. Please make the fx rates tool visible like others. Lastly, occasionally the App is annoying when error occurs while trying to transact for a service. SCB need to bolster your servers well. Future server updates shouldn't be interfering with services.

What i like most everything is done online, account opening, ATM application and activation and can be delivered your place. Kindly fix the issue of app taking too long to open and making of transactions and also make the app interface smooth and user friendly

Ever since I started using SC mobile Kenya. I have improved on managing my personal finances. Compared to other mobile banking apps,this one is convenient,faster and safe I can say.The gist is in making mobile transactions without having to pay a dime for it! Its a good app amd easy to navigate, however make it able to access contacts so that we don't need to retype a contact whenever we need to make payments.

To be honest, this has really been a great bank with an overall great customer care team and an awesome, flexible and reliable app experience compared to other banks (And believe me, I've tried around 6 already). It's nice to know that as a customer you get valued and receive good service generally. Also, nice security features 👌🏼. No ads, so that's really convenient.

The app is a bit hard to use. I have been trying to link my other bank account to my Stan chat account but have been unsuccessful with several attempts. I even called customer care to walk me through the process and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but unfortunately, the app reads error at the final step of the process.

App is really good in terms of security, however there's a 'white screen' problem where some pages are not loaded and its just a white screen an example is where a six digit offline pin is generated for online banking login, the pages is just white instead of showing the pin. Please fix this

While it may be secure, it's not as seemless and user-friendly as other banking apps. 1. No Pesalink option: the inbuilt RTGS transfer facility does not allow for instantaneous transfers, especially over weekends and public holidays. 2. It would be great if the app could access phone book for transfers to mobile money. 3. Once you save a biller you are unable to delete or amend details. These changes would be appreciated.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. I downloaded it today on my smart phone and used it for the first time. It is excruciatingly slow! I also tried to login into my account via computer (online banking) - which I much prefer, using the smart phone to get the pin - but this does not work. The process where the pin is supposed to be auto-generated by the app on the smart phone - did not work. I kept getting the message "this app has stopped working". Offline generation of the pin is very very slow and in the end, did not work either despite several attempts. I expect better from StanChart. Other banks have similar security systems (online banking using pin numbers etc) that are much faster and more effective.

The app is great so far. Very reliable. However, please allow the app to pick numbers direct from the phone contact list. No need of copying numbers which is lengthy process and may cause errors. Allow the option of using either RTGS or pesalink in the app also. This is only present in web services. Allow also loan requests via app. This will be great.

Since the recent changes with no OTP codes and the requirement to set up a pin I have found the app doesn't work well. No login possible at times. And I felt the OTP codes were more secure. I've found myself frantically making sure all is well with my account when the app fails. Please rectify this as the call centre also seems short staffed currently.

I have been using the app of late and I see its very slow. It takes long to log in after putting my credentials and even checking transactions its very slow. Also for mobile money transfers can the app have permission to my contacts so that i just pick the recipient from my contact list instead of having to go to contacts and look for the number I want to send money to. Is it possible to link the mobile money part to paybill and till numbers so that I can directly pay from bank account to them.

Never seen an upgrade that's not user friendly as this one. You were going for more security but turns out to be very unfriendly with the digit key and all other things.
