Unable to access the app and unable to upgrade. Message - This app is no longer compatible with your device. Contact developers for more info. Try live chat at 8.30pm till 12am (on and off). No customer service available. Please do not upgrade and deny access for certain mobile phone. I try to use desktop but it still required the app to approve the login. So how now???
This is for ver. 11.3 Often get security warning : cannot establish a secured connection with the server...please try again later. Also got warning of slow or no internet connection....although speed is >50Mbps...
For anyone who cannot log in due to no data or slow connection, pls off ur wifi and use data mobile log in. I try this way finallly success log into the apps( my wifi is work well, after i try unistall and reintall 5 times still not success log in, i use mobile data then ok)
Always unable to login, regardless of using traditional id/pw method nor biometrics. Pop-up chat support take more than 24hours to reply to any issue raised. I've been using this app for more than 2 years, it was very good at the beginning until october 2021, the system start to get worsen, and even worst now! Please fix the app, otherwise i strongly recommend to remove the app.
After change to new phone, Take more than 10 minutes for d screen to appear....called few times to highlight to customer service officer, not able to resolve, no action to help to get this thing sorted out
Not available in Huawei app gallery. App always say slow connection while in fact no problem when first started with connection at all.
I don't know why this app don't allow to share the receipt after I made transaction like other bank do. Can you add such feature? As I want proof that I transferred money to somebody. Worst case, this app don't even let me screenshot
This update new version cause a lot of trouble to me, not even manage to complete to register the SC mobile key keep showing error grant "read phone status" on your app but I'm not even find this option in the app. Just a small amount of online transfer to my own account also couldn't make until today. A week already called up to customer service said will solved the issues immediately till now I still couldn't do transfer. How bad is the system. Please improve it. Thank you.
Update Feb 2022 After the recent update, everytime i use the chat button and close the application, it kept giving me an error - 'cancel button'. And im unable to login and have to restart my phone before i can login and this is very frustrating and inconvenient! Please fix this issue after the update, fingerprint reader is no longer possible. please bring it back for samsung note FE. don't update if you'll remove all these important features!
The App works fine. Can do all the stuffs. The issue is that why the transactions takes more days to show up and eventually the available balance is visible. Always around 100 to 200 rm less than the balance shown in the app. How is that useful??
Keeps crashing at the very start, this has been going for a while (at least a year) and a standard response of reinstalling and login again is not helpful nor possible. Pixel 6 Pro user. Gotta love the expected robot response from dev feedback.
I have just changed my phone to Pixel 6 Pro and it keeps crashing. Well, basically it never open the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooted my phone multiple times. Now I cannot get my 2 factor code to login.
January 20, 2022: Now working in my Pixel 6 Pro after the update. I change to 4 stars only because it took more than a month (for other users as well) to have it fix. January 05, 2022: Still not working on my phone. The Live Chat Support were not able to help either. I called their hotline number, they said they will check with IT Tech Team, still don't have any update and solution. So dissapointing. After registered account, keep stuck at mobile keyboard section, phone setting had allowed, but apps keep showed not allowed. What the issue?

App doesn't work on Android 12, keeps crashing like other reviewers mentioned earlier. I have reported this issue to live chat since November, but still not working. Please update asap because we are unable to use the app at all, cannot authenticate for web login or anything.
Hello your receipt generation shows literally NOTHING. No recipients name, acc number, date, time, etc. And your app doesn't allow screenshot taking. How the heck are people gonna show proof of payment? One of the basic requirement of internet banking yet you guys manage to screw it up so well. Good until I cannot. Kudos to the developer team.
SC app very bad, need take long time only can login, sometime totally cannot login, how come the bank app will like this, please upgrade your app immediately.
App kept crashing. I can't even open the app. Why can't the bank just send otp via text? How do u expect customer to access their online banking when your app crashes all the time and authentication can only be done through the app??

I can't see my payment statement, these 2 months I have paid so much to balance it back, yet it didn't count in, I request for statement request for two months since I can't view my page, I contacted customer service yet no reply. I pay actually same amount of last week outstanding, but these weeks it charge me penalty ovd int as last week balance not pay off.Ask your mobile app developer resign from his role.
1. no able save each transaction history 2. after pay the card bill, it did not display the latest balance. 3. ui bad design, not user friendly, hard to understand
start app need to wait for long for it to load, then eventually will return message "slow or no connection" but in fact connection is intact. Consistently need to go through this cycle for at least 3 times on every use. Worst banking app I have used to-date. Also, even the authentication from online browser is forced to go thru the app, and the same loading and "slow no connection message" repeat again. Great job creating WORST online banking experience! You guys nailed it!

This is the slowest app on play store that i have ever used. App takes too long to load and even longer to login most of the time it gets stuck. Their chat support is even worse because no consultant is available all the time ive been trying for days now.im moving back to hsbc!
