This bank is very rigid and it makes banking operations on their mobile platforms to be extremely frustrating. Their customer care is unresponsive. It is just sad. I'm tired of going round in circles for a simple account upgrade. Too many technical issues that I can't start listing them out. It's been the most stressful mobile banking experience so far!

Standard Chartered Bank is not improving at all as the App usability is too ambiguous, the UIUX should work on the App and change the enter dashboard, for over a month and half now I have been unable to update my signature on my account as the capture button for signature update isn't working, this is so fustrating and not a user friendly condition, the customer support team are unexperienced at all, and I have reported this issue severally nothing is being done.

Well I use this App almost every day, I guess one just need to familiarise himself with it. I believe feed back is for improvement. 1. The video play should be taken out. 2. Make the dashboard simple and easy to understand and navigate through. 3. Put an option to search for beneficiary bank easily. Or maybe a box to put two or three alphabet that will give you suggestion of similar names to that bank. 4. Reduce the stages involved in transferring to other banks. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

Just downloaded the app and finished the onboarding, it was smooth but now to use the App is really really difficult especially with the investment banks are putting towards the UI/UX of there apps. For a bank as huge as this, this App experience is definitely beneath you and I really hope that you are currently working on a massive update. Update in due course.

Very annoying bank. You wait forever to get an account upgrade when you request, till now I'm still waiting after requesting for over a month. You get to see notifications when you make a transaction, no notification on the amount or the sender of the money that entered your account... Very annoying bank.

There's no way you can open an account with the said application like other banks which is as easy as blinking of an eye. I've tried more than 4 times to open accounts but later they'll refuse to open it without any valid reason. Everyone is complaining about the banking system. No efficiency. Pls revamp yourself and treat customers with sincerety.

Lovely app but i have 2 major complaints. The first is that the ability to share receipts after making a transfer is not present on the app. The second is that the app is only reliable when network is at its best. It refuses to open a lot of times and keeps telling me that "there is no or poor internet connection". It wouldn't have been a problem for me but all my other banking apps seem to open just fine under the same conditions. Please i hope these problems are addressed, especially the 2nd.

Is it that the management of this bank are not seeing people complaints? Obviously, it's practically impossible to upgrade account within the app because the 2nd step to upload utility bill is not functional and the respond I always get after sending a mail was that, there is a technical issues, and it will be resolved but unfortunately, the staff and management can not obviously solve the acclaimed technical issues because the option is still not working. It is not necessary to run a mobile app

Standard Chartered banking application has to be the worst in Nigeria. The video before the login is very unnecessary and keeps going in a loop. The dashboard is not straightforward and the connectivity is terrible. It logs me out a lot and sometimes doesn't even let me access my account for hours. The utilization of in-app controls only is not convenient and should be scrapped.

This bank has been the best so far for me,but there are somethings about your app that needs to be worked on 1. The app should have a way to show and hide acct balance 2. You people should add a way to download receipt after transactions(very important for some businesses) 3. We should be able to take a screenshot(for we using Android) 4. The customer care sometimes are not reliable, I requested an account upgrade it took almost a month to be successful. Now I requested for a debit card I was told to wait for 4 working days I waited nothing happened I called customer care countless times yet I haven't seen my debit card not even in my app, and beside it shows alert error any time I tap on my "activate and set debit card

So far my experience hasn't been good hence the one-star rating.. After all the repetitive adverts I get blasted with on YouTube. Decided to open an Instant acct.. Provided all the relevant details and yet Its been stuck on "Processing" since April 1st. Under the Service request menu. This is just sad.. @least with other banks you get quick service @ their branches compared to SC which claims to eliminate that hassle... A complete overhaul is needed..

The app needs lots of improvement. First, the dashboard should have a copy button in front of the account number to enable users to easily get their account number. Second, I ran into lots of trouble using my camera to take shots of documents. The app just keeps crashing whenever I do. Third, I have been unable to apply for a credit card both on the app and web. Fourth, no virtual Card. I am really considering switching banks and you are one of my favourites but I doubt I will patronise you.

Am so disappointed using this bank not to talk of the app. Money disappeared from my account and don't know where the money goes . The bank transactions on the app doesn't correspond with ur transactions and different issue. Issue resolution turn around time it too slow . Ur guys need to wmply Nigeria esp with it comes to handling customer service

It's quite a good banking app. Securing every possible information of the user. Yet some things need to be done. Firstly, I think the company should give users access to download receipt of every transactions made. Secondly getting a debit card should be less stressful (I did applied for a debit card few months ago and till now I've not seen it).

It takes time to scroll to the name of a bank or an account when a simple search engine can shorten the search. Also the recipient of a money transfer does npt get to know the sender as there's no automatic identification of the sender. It does not automatically generate transaction receipts. It truly deserves only a two star rating!

You guys are good in terms of transactions and all.. but you see this your app is too lame or how do i put it. The user interface is too basic, it doesn't feel like a bank app. It looks like a note book with a heading. How can the balance just be at the top of the home page while the remaining part of the page is just blank white. Please change this as soon as possible. I'm not speaking for myself alone but for everyone that I've met and complained about the user interface. You can do better.

This is the most useless bank I have ever know, I keep uninstalling and reinstalling again, over and over all because I want to upgrade my account limits, whick kind nonsense is this? And their system upgrade is the most worst thing I have ever know, other banks do theirs in midnights, while SC mobile own is during the day, please you guys needs a lot of upgrade, maybe you should contact other banks and ask them how things are run in bank. I applied for an account upgrade 2 weeks ago, I was informed it will take 7 days be be upgraded. 15days later, Its still on Instant! Let me not even talk about the customer service agent I spoke to... The guy was just practising different accents to confuse me and was sadly unhelpful. Overall, I like the bank. The app has never refused to load with the excuse of network issues unlike my other bank apps. Kudos! But you can do better! I need to know when my upgrade will be effected!
