UI/Ux isn't user friendly at all. And the poorest loading speed gets hard on the nerves because it takes too long to complete a transaction. And then the video on login screen keeps distracting and color contrasts make it difficult to enter credentials accurtaley. Have to wait for better visuals to avoid any mistake in entering login details. Kindly, revert to older version for UI and improve the user experience by fixing other functional issues of the app.

After update my fingerprint has stopped working. Because of the video on the login page can't see what I am writing as the font color and background at times in the video are both white. The secured keyboard doesn't show when the capital key is on or off. Poor app design. Even the loading time has increased after this update. Disappointed!

Worst banking app I've ever used. Can't believe it's this bad in 2022. Some of the few bugs: 1. Doesn't show the right amount on the main screen. You have to go into move and my accounts to correct amount. HOW? 2. The account summary is extremely delayed. HOW? Two main functions the app needs to deliver are broken. Unbelievable! Also...the design is from 1996. Please update.

Poor design of the app and it feels like a cheap app from 10 years ago. The finger print login crashes the app and the video playing on the login screen makes it hard to see what you're entering. It's been like that for a while now, I don't think SCB or app devs really read feedback other than a generic response to each one. Disappointed.

Worst banking app i ever used. Even the banks with wprst services have better apps First of all, what is the use of non responding sceneic views in the begining, simple wastage of time. Secondly the changing scene in the background while you are trying to put in username and pass word, extremely distracting , useless and make u hate the app. Thirdly, crashes as it pleases. Stops reaponding and gets stuck at the transactions. Multiple failures of transactions Regretting opening an account!!

After the update, the app has stopped recognizing my fingerprint and has made it extremely difficult to login. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE because I need to make transactions on a daily basis. The internet banking page leads to the app and the app doesn't recognize fingerprints or logs me in. I have to take out my laptop and then use internet banking to open my account and make a transaction. Which is totally unnecessary and time consuming.

Please include the option to screenshot. This is the only bank app I have used that doesn't allow screenshot and doesn't even give you the option to save the receipt if screenshotting is such an issue. After any transaction, the norm is to send someone transfer proof and with SCB app, it's not possible.

Pathetic user experience!! First of all Please remove the background video on the login screen as it is a big distraction when typing credentials. Don't know how such bad user experiences get approved. Secondly, the bill payments and other payments need to be improved with better User interface. Lastly, there's a bug or some error on display of the account balance .. there's a difference in the main screen and when clicked to pay from account. This happens when user is making second transaction.

I have realme 5 pro handset. When i install the application it runs fine for 4 to 5 times. After that whenever i open the app it turns my data off automatically. Problem does not solves untill i install it again and this process keeps going. I have made an online complaint about it but they say its your handset issue. What a horrible experience with the app interface and usability. Whats the point of useless video on background? Interface still feels like old 90s website, this is freaking 2022, an era of AI and cloud technology. I don't know about others by my balance never updates after every transaction.

After the update the finger print doesn't work, it recognised the finger print but doesn't log in, always giving an error. This needs to be fixed otherwise what's the point of having an mobile app which doesn't work!

⭐ 1 start because of worst UI/UX design and lacks of option. UI look like that we are using a 90s JAVA or Symbian based application. It should be updated to some enhanced version and features. A lot of most important features are not included like cards blocking, temporary block & unblocking, limit management, online transactions control, POS transactions, international transactions control etc. As compared to HBL they have bestest Apps and far far better than standard chartered poor apps. 👎

Tried to open a digital account. Account was successfully opened but when I tried to login i got the error code 1001. I tried to call them on their helpline but no response from them. Very poor service. I wonder how they are still functional if they can not provide such basic facilities to their customers. No thank you I am going to open account in another bank. Edit: They are lying, They have not updated the app. Still not working

Horible UX. Guys there is one huge mistake in your user experience. After transaction completion, please add a button to download receipt or allow the user to take a screenshot. Right now there is no way to have a proof that you made a transaction.

The app is sluggish and the UI needs an overhaul. Why do we need to see a 5 to 8 second video before we can login? It doesnt make any sense. The app constantly needs to be reinstalled. It forgets the fingerprint, and it has an unintuitive keyboard for typing in password. Unable to paste account numbers, unable to take screenshots or print receipts. OTP takes forever to be sent to the mobile and especially email. FIX it! Learn from other banks and invest in a fully functional app.

Interface wasn't already easy to use. No easy way of paying bills or recharge. Every time there is a new issue with login. It forgets my fingerprint and I've to enter my details to configure it again n again. Now it won't let me login but I've logged in the web browser with the same credentials. A new background on the login page also makes it hard to write and read as it's not clear with the writing color and background color. I don't know who decides these things without thinking!

I'm disappointed that even after launching a new version your app is still not very user friendly. 1)the moving landscape images make it difficult to read the screen 2)we still cannot send a receipt of any online money transfer like other banks 3)it is not comprehensive in terms of services 4) still can't delete other payee accounts on the app. Out of the 3 bank apps I use, I have to say SCB is the worst one.

One of the worst and pathatic app for mobile banking. Useless intros, and pathatic user interface. Every now and then the finger print scanner is stuck and i have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Bad customer support. Long waiting on help line. My waiting time on call was (per system) 5 min after even an hour i wasn't able to get connected. I will recommend SCB to work on their application's user interface, and add more options for account management.

One of the slowest possible apps available. The user interface is outdated, it is from the early days of web 20 years ago baked into a web view to produce this app. Standard Charted can do better than this, but it doesn't look like digitalization is their priority. The low budget emerging digital wallets are making much better apps and user experience like NayaPay and SadaPay.

Feels like a 10 year old developed the app on html. The current balance shows incorrect amount. Don't know how i can add face id/finger print. The keyboard changes the layout for numbers every time i try to enter my password. It's just a very frustrating experience. Enough for me to not use this account.

The app seems like it's from 10 years ago. Not modern at all. UI is not user friendly, and rather than improving the app, they decided to add a 8 seconds of video on the log in page. At least remove the video, if you are determined not to improve the app.

The recent update is an absolute failure. I am unable to login to my online account via mobile app because the new update apparently does not have special characters included in the "secured keyboard". Pathetic service.
