Not HaPpY with app navigation. Raising dispute is pathetic. (1) Only limited characters can enter. (2) No way to reply back to a response, means whatever bank cust care mentioned is final. You dont have chance to reply back. (3) Not able to sync your messages to desktop version. I wonder how they tested before release to public.
I am new customer with esaver and time deposit. Received temporary id and password and managed to change password and id. But when I try to login to the mobile app, keep prompting me that id and password invalid. Went to civil Centre to reset password x3 times but still same issue. Deleted app and reinstall still same issue. I tried with the id and password, I able to login to online banking via chrome but not mobile app. Please advise.
The rating pretty much says it. It's a bank app, but it's nothing compared to other available banks in sg. I'm worried to leave my savings in my SC account as the app doesn't function as intended at all. Btw, please hire someone with more experience in UI/UX
it is almost always a gamble as to whether the app will open and load, and heavens forbid you ever have to make an urgent paynow transaction for this reason. the UI/UX is also the worst out of all the local bank apps, hate that I am using SC.
Beware of this bank, they charge annual fees to your loan account despite loan interest incurred and this "annual fees" not been told beforehand. Wrote email to them but no response at all. Then, they imposed late payment penalty on that "annual fees". Horrible!
Most important about banking app is fast and clean. SC however filled it non stop ads, lots promotions even with promotional banner disabled. Hope your team learn to customer unchecked promotional option means customers had enough with it
Extremely Laggy and user interface is confusing and completely unintuitive and unfriendly. What a disappointment!
takes ages just to log on to my account online. All I wanted was to log on online and wanted to authenticate my login using the app. It needed to update and 10 mins later I am still waiting.
It doesn't always show my account balances. And then suddenly halfway through the day, its fine. You seriously need to start looking into this. It's very annoying!!
The app is so bad. I couldn't log in using the app but i can log in with the same login and password using browser. Called in and i have change ID and password more than 3 times but still the same. I might just terminate the account if it's this troublesome
Too many ads. I'm just trying to log in to my account, is there a need for a pop up ad then after accidentally tapping on it opens up another ad? Btw customer service, there's no need to reply and ask if I need help. It's your company that needs help to revise your app.
Standchart app has Very bad user interface. Terrible. Pls check out other local banks app which are user friendly and improve on yr standchart app.
It must be really hard for a large organisation to make an app this bad. But they did it. Get spammed with a full screen ad just to log in. Keep getting asked asked to 'Allow' to enable token but no information about what to allow.
Just hang. Doesn't work! If bill payment is late, it's bank's fault and it should not charge any interest.
The app kept crashing. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it started working again. I just had to setup the otp and everything again. one slight difference, not sure if it's just mine, is that the back arrow button on the top left is not showing up. Update: it still keeps crashing after the reinstall. Update: Finally working as it should be
Having bad experience. The apps keep stopping when I want to login. It can't even open! Can't find the update. Has it release for update? Sad to said, still don't work even uninstall and reinstall. Still don't work. It keeps crashing. Very bad after upgrading. Forget it. Use the token faster. I totally uninstalled the app. waste of time as it cashed can't open! Very annoyed!
One of the worst banking app interface ever. Not easy to navigate and, at one glance, you cannot tell what is your current spend at all. The "Home" and "Account" screens are not reflective of what your actual spend is. There is no option to tick for "do not show this notification again" for the pop up screen. App tends to hang or take very long to load as well. Cannot print screen cc transactions as well. Why?????? We're living in 2020, please, work on your UX / UI.
They serve you ADS. In a banking app. Utterly outrageous. The ads show up 2 seconds after the rest of the page loads, so that when you go click on something you click on the ad instead. And the ads are HUGE. Also the app is super slow. EDIT: even worse, they force you to update or they disable the app completely. Don't tell me to "reach out to you". I've already given you actionable feedback.
The worst experience I have ever had. This app just reflects the poor service of Standard Chartered in general. The app has been under 'maintanance' for 4 days and I have not been able to do simple things like setting up a Payee. Upon failure, the app directs you to customer care/service, but they are completely unaware of what is going on with the app or give you any useful information. My advice to anyone, change the bank!!!!
horrible app!! can't work at all!! Every time I need to log-in to perform any transaction, it's can't work!! need to go through one thousand and one steps just to complete a 30sec transaction!! made us log-in, log-out, try again and again and again and again and many times, it's not successful!! like for now, I have been trying for more than 30min, and not successful!! It's a complete waste of our time!! please do not force us to use such horrible app!! please provide other alternatives!!
SC Mobile Key Verification not working after the app forces me to set PIN. Now can't transfer money out of Standard Chartered.
This app is the worse bank app I've ever encountered. Slow, sticky, junk. You don't know if it's hung or very slow until you hit another key and it then wakes up with an error message. I uninstalled it and will not re-install it again until you email me that it is improved. And I shall clear out of SC if I cannot navigate SC via my desktop pc.
No option to delay the updates. It inconvenient me as I wanted to do my transaction and got stuck with this update of apps my bank transaction got hang up there .
App is ok in term of technical no error, response is ok but VERY POOR UI. hard to understand. please hire a better functional team.
This app doesnt work. So many bugs that IT doesnt bother to fix. Even their replies to our comments are generated by bots, shows how little importance they place in their customers.
This Mobile App does not work on my phone anymore. They made it outdated. Without the app, I am unable to do a lot of things. Please give poor people a chance to access the financial system. Think of the environment too, and all the promotional mail you are sending. Hope this not does fall on deaf ears.
