This is a good app but I am failing to access the loan repayment history for my account. Are you going to activate the feature because for now it is just blank. Please display the loan capital balance on the loan repayment history.
This was a good app, until an issue arose where biometric login is automatically deactivated because of a supposed change detected in the fingerprint settings, even though no change would have been made
Mobile banking is the way to go. Keep improving features. The application keeps asking for an upgrade even after having upgraded. Its blocking access to further transactions because of that 'upgrade pop-up'
A good application but requires more additions to cater for more of our banking needs. Today I have updated the app after I saw the message about your recent update of added billers. I tried to add those billers but still get only the One money biller. Please update us only when you have tested your app.
It's been working fine until I changed to a new phone. It now shows a "Code 4" error and won't do anything at all. Have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.
The app has been acting up lately. Its been recinding my finger print log in and then not accepting my credentials manualy. Having to reset.
I do all my transactions on the application with relative ease in the comfort of my home in fact anywhere as long as I am conn to the internet. Banking has never been so fun. I love the application.
I feel its secure. Its user friendly. I am happy about this app. I managed to activate my ATM card in the comfort of my home. Kip on developing the app for our convenience.
Becoming more and more irritated with constantly needing to add my fingerprint every time I log in. Have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling multiple times.
It was a great app but since the last upgrade I keep having to reactivate biometric login. Its such an inconvenience.. Please attend to this...
This is the best, it surpassed the previous SC applications. l am actually enjoying my banking experience anywhere anytime.
Usually a good app. But I recently changed phones and now I'm continually logged out of biometric sign in so now I'm back to putting my details in..
Sadly the new update can't work anymore on my Huawei p40 pro phone. Can you please provide the app to non Google play or i store users like us!
Biometric login option seems to have been lost after upgrading to Android Pie (9.0) on the Samsung S9+.

Its not that bad but improvements are needed l cant even transfer nostro funds domestically its always saying customer daily limit exceeded and ive even increased the daily limit to 400 000
The app is not displaying the 'manage payees option' . Im having a hard time to delete a beneficiary

The big question is (Why there's animals on the background of this app?) It seems like the only thing we show off is animal parks that's all and nothing else.The Governments failed the public,these demons evil presidents are killing people with hunger. Africa as a whole is crying and we definitely need a new generation that can takeover the Governments.Period!

For the past 3 months i am failing to login,it keeps on telling me that unable to process your request either your account is not active or you have provided invalid information. As a result i have failed to apply for a new Visa card to replace the one that expired in November as well as enjoy online banking
