When opening the app i keep getting a message saying I am not connected to the Internet and won't open. 1) I am connected 2) if I weren't connected I should still be able to access on data (like if I were on the store). Also, each time I open I have to scroll through the tutorial or all of the current deals. If I already reviewed the deals I don't have to be prompted to scroll through again. I like having access to account info and all bu the app could use some work.
Late sending messages that are ready to expire.
The app is a good idea but I don't get all of my points and it takes too long to get to my checkout bar codes. Please Streamline.
Your UX is overly complicated. Too much variation in gestures. Your app has a pretty significant learning curve for basic usability. It's hard to tell what elements are activated by tapping, swiping, long-pressing, etc. For example, your rewards and check-out buttons are on a screen-width bar at the bottom. This naturally lends itself to swiping up for one element. For multiple elements, separate out into distinct buttons. It's the little stuff that makes this app difficult to use. Otherwise good.

Wow! So much spam telling me about this deal or that deal even when I turn off their notification settings. I couldn't deal with all the beeps all day long. I do not care about a sale on such and such beef and such and such pasta and such and such sauce - three a day spams are not important messages to me! This is such a bad app that unfortunately it makes me not want to go there, because to get points, you have to have their app. Not a way to get my loyalty.
Originally this had a lot of bugs all of them have been resolved and it is a very convienent to see what's on special and use my rewards.
