Navigation and content is different than the website. Notifications worked for one week only, then nothing since even though I've had many people check in and many requests to check in to my lead.
As a daily StandOut user, I can say that StandOut is by far one of the best strength based tools I have ever used and has had a monumental positive mpact on my career growth and development! The StandOut tool/app and the strength based method is the future in how all businesses will manage their workforce and grow talent. Thank You Marcus!
App only provides the first page of what you download after assessment. Nothing else in the app. It seems to be broken.
Actually i would rate it negatively. The app is too too slow and logs the user off every single time which is very annoying.
prompts to enter the company email, user id and password everytime i launch the application. old version didnt have this problem.
Hello Team , I love the design for this app but there should be one more feature we should be able add comments for our priorities unlike browser version. If you fix this I will rate you with 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Cannot get to the next menu after completing the assessment on a Google pixel phone. Main website is flagged by corporate software so can't complete with work PC either. Not a great user experience.
Use this app for your own or corporate needs. No problems connecting or syncing. Definitely nice that it utilizes SSO to authenticate. Kind of slow to load and sync though. Timer to do initial profiling is confusing because it give you an additional 10 seconds to read before counting down. I thought the app crashed because of that and killed the app. So room for improvement, but not deserving of one star reviews.

Never loaded. After 4 days, still says "loading engagement pulse"
This app doesn't work. The website says it can work on tablets but it clearly doesn't. I'm forced to use my computer.
You cannot log in to the app. The wheel just keeps spinning....
I can now do my StandOut check-in, while going 💩, so I feel it is wasting less of my time. Would love a random text generator for the content.
It does not work !!
The new updates keeps logging me off, I've to enter credentials everytime. The performance has slightly improved but can be much better. The new UX gives an empty feeling. This has been a horrible update, better to stick to browser based, at least that keeps you logged in.
