Excellent free phone, the best plan out there as long as your can provide the necessary requirements needed to obtain one of these free government phones. StandUp has the most minutes, data, and unlimited texts per month and the service is not too bad especially considering it is totally free. I have never had a issue with calling into the company, yeah it's true I have never spoken to anyone that speaks English very well.

I'm really surprised. I get a great phone. I know the signal from the cell tower is real weak inside in the city here but when I have a WiFi connection that even work all over on the hotspot connection with Xfinity. So even when I go out I all always connected by WiFi in places where my cell connection is weak. I absolutely have NO complaint. Sometimes I think someone needs a teacher to really understand how to get these devices to work well for them. Just saying though! &. 5+*🙃🙂

Worst app and lifeline service ever. Got the free tablet so would have internet through the lifeline program it worked for and then stopped working called to try and get resolved supposedly it did but didn't really notice as we were on friends Wi-Fi most of the time. When we no longer have that option we discovered that we still did not have data and it was not working they told us that it was because we didn't use a data allotment for the month and something about porting out our service.

Ok I guess. But everything I open this app a pop up States verify email and when I do it states error. What's the point since that pop up also offers a close/cancel and when I do this the app works. So why verify? Plus stand ups support is almost non existence. I'm deaf and they have a chat option but no link to click to start. Plus all their "support" links go to other places. Kind of a mess this app is.

horrible app. it wants you to sign in with the standup phone number but then tells you that your number isn't a customer and to buy another. does not work at all, won't even let you log in with your email and password that you signed up for the service with. EDIT: get real your customer service is non existent. that phone number you give is a telemarketing automated line that tries and sell car insurance as well as other things and if you skip all of them it hangs up on you. can't get a live person and none of them would know what to do anyways they just try to sell a new card or phone. face it your app just sucks and you won't put a dime to fix it like it should be (make the log in by email/password to match the website) I rather gargle broken glass and nails than deal with your chat/email customer service too, they know squat.

This app doesn't work and it's not compatible with this Tablet that is supposed to have this app downloaded to keep track of my plan something needs to be done to fix the issues with this useless app!!!!!!!!! I only rated it 1 because I can't leave all Stars blank smdh this needs to be removed or updated including how we rate these apps from the Playstore that doesn't work.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should not even be one star!!! It has been a horrible experience with this app, their used phone not working properly, and the most important part, trying to get customer service to comprehend and to communicate back in a proper tone and pronounciation for effective communication. Especially for a company in the communication business, one would think this would be a very vital part. But that's the scale of service we get nowadays.

No Data used hotspot once and was out of data after 30 min watching a show. Didnt get seperate hotspot data. It used all I had in 30 min and had to wait a month to get more. My girlfriend gets 10 gigs of hotspot and unlimited data with her free phone and gov. Plan.

Good service. But I'm HIGHLY disappointed that I'm getting 20GB of data and onlyway to buy more data is to pay $10 per 1GB. Data is the only way I can keep in touch. Please add more data options

I guess it's better than nothing. Trying to renew is a pain, you try to do it within the app and it says that option is no longer available. When I talk to a person, I get nowhere. With Covid19, all other providers are giving free minutes and Stand up says it does, yet I see none.

Easy top up options through app are greatly appreciated. Wish I could figure out how to make it a shortcut on my phone but every month after running out of minutes and attempting to make a phone call they send me a link that allows me to open app to add new plan.

Excellent: I started using stand-up wireless about 2 years ago, I have not had a problem with it, the customer service is excellent I never get a dropped call, the range and calling country wide is UNBELIEVABLY CLEAR .You can call anywhere you want with STANDUP. EASY SIGN UP FOR LIFELINE AND EMERGENCY BROADBAND. Great looking FREE PHONE, Beautiful 8" Tablet for as little as $10. I am very happy with standup wireless and I'm sure you will be too. It is THE BEST FREE PHONE SERVICE. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The recent update to the phone service disabled all phone service . The phone call services returned about 11 hours later. However, the Google Play Services have not returned. All apps including Standup Wireless need Google Play Service to function. Why did the update make Google Play services non functional? I can still see that the Google Play Services app is still on my phone but there is no way to uninstall/reinstall it. Is there a way to fix this. The only recourse suggested was to reset to factory default which erases all my information. This may not even work if Google Play Services are required!

I have been with stand-up wireless for over 2 years never had a dropped call, the clarity was superb Nationwide. Customer service was absolutely wonderful in the way they handled my Lifeline and EBB. Within 3 days I had my phone in the mail and it hooked up with no problems whatsoever. Talk and Text Unlimited package with 10 GB , a free phone and a chance to purchase a 8" Tabet all this great stuff from stand up wireless. A real customer⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐

3 stars and l havent even tried the services provided yet. Then the 100 mbs cant really dto much and that will run out quick, then the service goes to 2g and runs like a turtle. Ill give you 5 stars in a week if i don't get alot of spam calls let alone messages. Thanks StandUp Wireless.

Great and the fastest speed to loaf or update all and more. Only issue is the data shout be unlimited as the phone ,ONLY BECAUSE afterwardt the data plays out an dhas no more.The phone is very slow. Though it is not too much just keep it up great work.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but since I put the sim in my phone, and started service with this company, my phone is getting absolutely BOMBARDED with spam texts, automated calls from California, and still can't stop them without adding each one to my block list, and spam list. I even registered my number/email with the National Do Not Call registration. STILL getting them!? What is going on!? About to cancel my service. This is RIDICULOUS. I've blocked HUNDREDS.

Funny how I reported malware being downloaded on my phone back in March and after emailing customer support screenshots of the harmful apps, I was told they weren't viruses. Yet other people have since reported the same thing. USERS: Go into your settings, click show system. Scroll down until you find "updater" and force stop this app. It is the culprit of the virus apps being installed. These days I deal with that AND my phone cutting off because of a "dead battery" even if it's on 100%

Them service plans are ok but the customer support is is non existent. For example a bot will auto respond to this review telling me to contact them, and when I do I enter my # it give me my account balance. Then it processes to ask if i want to add more money if not it disconnects. So if your not tech savvy dont use the service.

This is one of the meany apps and mobile services that I have known as government free phones this one out of about 5/or 6 different company this was the on that I feelt was most honest in there app description and as well as the offere'd prices to the selection of data refills and payment options. If you take the time to read the user and consumer agrements'. Not as difficult to understand what there trying to sell you compared to the others. read it's is not as difficult.

Love them. Best and cheapest plans by far. I highly recommend them. Whether it's for lifeline or an unlimited talk and text plan or super cheap data plan, this is the carrier to choose.

I like the tablet that they gave me but the service is horrible. I get no bars at all in my house and internet is slow. Trying to make calls on the tablet is merely impossible. I rather use my assurance wireless cell phone than the tablet because it gets poor but better coverage than the tablet does. And then my bathroom for an example it switches to 3G but then when I walk out of my bathroom near a window goes back to 4G. They should consider using AT&t instead of T-Mobile.

The whole reason I signed up was to get the Tablet NOT the phone. I've attempted multiple times to access the ability to request upgrade to the tablet for the $10 and have been UNSUCCESSFUL downloaded app not even an option. Talked to customer service which got me Nowhere! Why is it so difficult to get this tablet?!? Sure wish I could claim this infamous $10 tablet that I swear they were giving away FREE ON THE STREET!

This is the worst service ever. Constantly freezes, shuts off by itself, opens and installs apps by itself, customer service agents are rude, disrespectful, dishonest this includes supervisors, and managers. They talk over you. I was told by agent and a supervisor that I made 9 calls which took my last 9 minutes. To a number I did NOT call, nor did I know the number. It was NOT on my call log either. I had made 1 outgoing call less than a minute. I gave the number to the supervisor who said I did

The app sucks. Added my number to log in. They sent a code. I hit next/ok to enter code and it says error entering code... But it never went to the screen for me to enter it... It totally skipped that page. Every. Single. Time.

For me works better than well. I use it under the government medicare emergency phone act and I cant say anything bad. I being covered near everywhere. Maybe the problems reported are related to local difficulties on the specifics services.

I got a tablet through the government for 10 bucks which is the plus side here...I cannot make calls or send texts with it, but yet it comes with a number to use....can't change my plan at all it says "null"....and the tablet is slooooooow.
