The app won't open. Did previously so I chalk it up to SW. Called the credit union and asked if they had this feedback from others. I expected them to have a response, but instead nothing. This is lame. Your upgrade didnt work! POST A NOTICE so people know. And I agree with Christina. Time to close. I've expected more and this isn't the first blunder with them.

"Just works". Have used for more than a year now and I am pleased with it. The sign in with the fingerprint feature makes it very convenient to use it. I can check my balance, pay my credit card, move money withing my accounts, transfer to outside accounts without hassle. Very responsive and easy to use.

so far so good. my only complaint so far is the joint account with separate log ins. the available balance doesnt accurately reflect the pending payments from bill pay on either log in. So if one person pays a bill on their log in the other person cant see it pending nor does it reflect in the available balance on the other log in even though it's a joint account. They just need to minus (bill pay's) pending payments from the available cash so both log ins have a more accurate view.

Early on in the app's development, there were a few issues with staying signed in. However, those have been fixed and using the app has become fool proof. It's incredibly easy to navigate, transfer money between your accnts. as well as other members and it's organized really well.

Just loads forever. I need this app for exactly one reason: to deposit a cheque, and I can't do that now. Edit: The trick is to clear your application cache and data. Leaving this at 1 🌟 because this still needs to be fixed. Edit: Okay... I didn't think the web/desktop version had check deposit because none of my other banks did. You get some stars back for that, Stanford. (thanks!)

I like the ease of using this app. What I do find annoying is the menu screen that pops over while I'm using the accounts system. I think the user should decide when she wants the menu screen and not the app. Otherwise it else very well!

wish the drop down menu were more intuitive..the menu labels are either overly broad so you have to open sev menu items to find what you want or v v narrow. stuff at the top of the menu shd be at the bottom & vice versa.. and, pls pls find another spot for logoff... it's so impt to logoff on yr cell.. currently you have to hunt for it & even scroll down one full page.

Requires a one-time code to log in. This is supposed to arrive either as a phone call or as a text message. Almost an hour later, sfcu still hasn't sent me the code in either manner, so I still can't log in. Okay, I just got 6 text messages and two voice mails at once. Of these 8 codes, 'maybe' one will work.

I've been trying for the last month to open the appt. It keep telling app not working close app. I've uninstalled the app and re installed the app and nothing. I can't check my account or deposit checks via photo copy. I thought they closed my account. I called and they said my account was still open. So what's the deal. PLEASE FIX THE APP

Terrible experience. You check your credit card balence and you cannot pay the card on the same page. You have to do THREE more clicks to pay your credit card. If your payment is bigger than a certain amount, it ask you to approve the payment without telling you how to do it. You want to update your personal information? The app says you need to call them. You call them, they said you need to use online banking. You open up their online banking on your laptop, they say you need to call them.

I love the app but on pending transactions are displayed. The money should be taken out as transactions are being made, not days later when you dont know how much money is actually in your account. Overall, I love the app and recommend it.

Pretty good app in terms of functionality, but you can tell some pages are cheap renditions of a web page (i.e. the app uses web browser functionality to load a page rather than a "native" display with data retrieved from a fluid API)

Serviceable. You can deposit checks by taking pictures, which is very convenient. You'll need to install companion apps to manage the debit card, though.

This is a pretty good app. I can deposit a check, check my balance, and send money. A suggestion I would make is to re-categorize the menu items. As it is now, the order is not intuitive. Sometimes, it takes me longer to find what I'm trying to do than to actually do it.

The U.I is completely intuitive, along with amazingly convenient functionality, and it makes my mobile banking experience an absolute breeze! Thanakol P is a fantastic email respondent along with Daisy G, being an amazing (e-commerce?) manager. Anyways I always 10/10 recommend to friends and family on a regular basis.

Absolutely abysmal app. Doesn't allow you to open attachments from messages in their internal messaging system sent by them. Can't access key features of your accounts.

Recently, this app keeps hanging up at the login screen after i enter my credentials. The only way to rectify this problem is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Please fix this problem ASAP!

My only real issues are difficulty in depositing checks through pictures, and having to re-register a device if I check in with another device. If a device is remembered, it should be remembered, even if I check in with my computer, phone and tablet within the same week or even month.

I've been locked out of my account TWICE in the past 2 days, with 0 failed login attempts. No idea why. If I have to call customer support to even open the app, what's the point?

The app is well thought though and easy to use. Please migrate to Android Biometrics API to support not just fingerprint, but also face unlock, as American Express app does.

The app is horrible and doesn't work half the time. They claim there is a way to deposit checks on the app, but I don't see the option anywhere. This app looks so outdated.
