App's fine but I cannot click on URL links sent by my doctor in messages. And I, obviously, cannot copy paste it either. Link was very long. So this defeats the purpose of using the smart phone app for convenience.
Excellent app. All of my appointments are precisely detailed with date, time and office number. All test results are fully available for my viewing. All of my meds are listed with details and dosing instructions. I can refill my prescriptions through the app. The ability to communicate directly with doctors and staff members is easier than most other similar apps. Most importantly, secure and private.
Wasn't able to even fill out the form! Not sure how to get to a message I was told was sent to me. Please call me or send the message directly to me via text email. Do it right away! (Probably from sleep study/Rx). Thanks, J. Wood
I am still pissed off by all these updates. Self serving app and yet, they claim it is there to help the patient. Really!!
So great to have all medical care and related information exchange in one place.
Doesn't work for visually impaired. Need a human to create an ex login in experience. Guide by phone preferred.
This app reflects the unrivalled standards of the Stanford Healthcare organization. Its well designed In terms of layout and finding ones data is easy. The only issue is the difficulty in responding to messages as ones writing seems to float somewhere between 2 or 3 pages making it hard to complete the message.
This used to be a very useful app. In the last few weeks, it keeps crashing with the repeated message "Unfortunately, MyHealth has stopped" -- even when I haven't run it. If I do try to run it, it crashes immediately. Totally useless! Uninstalled.
The app was working fine before but after the recent update, I'm unable to log in at all. Neither the fingerprint nor the password works anymore. It says to make sure I have a network connection and my internet is working fine. Currently, the app is useless.
I don't usually make app reviews, but this app deserves a great one. Really, I'm surprised it's so reliable! There are so many things that could break, because it has so many good features. But it works consistently! I'm able to find what I need and begin to feel confident managing my health data. Thank you, development team!
Everything is sufficient, except for the security of the log-in. Everytime I try to go to my my health. My password doesn't work. I know that I write my password down exactly how I out it, but i have to call in to the help desk each time. That's a factor to why I missed a important meeting. By difficulty with software. Please correct your app system. DTP-MGD
Ive updated my rating from 2 stars to four as the ap has had a lot of changes for the good. It now runs pretty seamless. I would still like to see the Dr.s notes have their own catagory. Currently I've not been able to access them except through clinking on a link in an email. Might be nice.
Fairly good and user-friendly for the most part except, but a little bit annoying in the billing section. There's always a highlighted number there making it look like there is an action item or an unpaid bill even when there is not.
This app really helps me to keep in touch with my Stanford specialists & for them & my primary care physician & Sutter specialists to share information. It can be a real asset when managing my rare condition during my appts & when I have to go the emergency room. I am very thankful for this app, but you have to make sure your doctors keep your health information up to date. The information is only good when it's kept current by everyone, including you.
Tried to log into my health to check in for my appointment, told me I needed to update the app. I tried to update the app, and it's completely glitched out and I have now missed my appointment that I've been waiting 2 months for, and am likely going to have to wait 2 more for the reschedule. Really frustrated, and really disappointed.
Does not open. Has been inconsistently functional. The idea is great but I had trouble opening it and working it again after closing it. l have to admit that I am deficient in technology but use other apps with out problems.
This app is the BEST way to communicate with your health care team, especially since Covid-19 has everyone on lockdown. So safe and easy to use! And everything is secure too . If you ask your health care team a question, you actually get an answer in a fairly short amount of time.
App worked fine on my old phone, I upgraded two weeks ago to the note 10+ and now I cannot log in. I keep getting a check your network connectivity error message when attempting to log in using wifi and mobile data.
App works great to communicate with the doctors and look at tests and messages. I took off one star because the message app doesn't automatically capitalize the first letter of a new sentence. This is default behavior for other Android apps.
Pretty Good App altogethr, though IT requires hunt and peck to add information - instead of responding to a bluetooth keyboard -- which is how I am typing out this message. You know how to do it obviously -- update your app !
Notifications show over the screen icon for the app but when you open the app you have to go through most of the categories to find the new post. Something should show a notification WITHIN the app such as test results, correspondence from Dr, etc
The app when it works us great. But the current update froze and I can't sign in at all. It needs an over ride to be undated when I chose and allow me to sign on regardless.
I spent several hours with this app, at the highest levels of support help -- all nice fellas. No solution. The next morning it worked fine. Modern technology can't be surpassed.
Very helpful and professional
An app designed by people who actually don't have to use it. This app is great for giving Stanford their money but by no means helps in communication between you and the staff. If you thought communicating with your doctor's office was difficult before now you can choose from Five Reasons, and wait two business days for a response. I'm sure we all have the same five reasons. Less work for the doctor's more work for you. Great tool for staff and doctors to hide behind, not us the patient though.
Inferior to MyChart which they were using before. Can't find a means to pay my bill online. It just say "go to the app" not where in the app. It's not under billing. The statement says "go to the app". Found a statement for $20 copay due. The cover under which the statement was found says $0 balance. Getting warning notices now to pay up the $0 balance. It doesn't say pay zero balance it says pay $20.
