Honestly I'm surprised, the last time this was updated was in 2018 but it works perfectly fine with my Galaxy Note 9. It's very stable when it comes to the augmented reality. I can definitely tell that uses Google AR core
When I upgraded my phone, Star Chart no longer worked. This SC AR app appeared when I tried to figure out what went wrong (and if it was like Pokémon Go needing an AR support app for this new phone, an LG Stylo 5) and downloaded SC AR. Unfortunately, the AR app hasn't helped and instead keeps telling me to instead replace Star Chart and buy Star Chart Infinite.
Was at observetoiles in Sutton and the presentation was nice. Although the ar constellations brightness was overwhelming the natural light of the stars... Now I installed the app on my LG G6 and the app close every time I press an AR option.. Which is unfortunate
There seems to be some sort of calibration issue. It's 10 pm and the app is showing the sun up in the sky.
Absolutely terrible. It's called star chart but you can only look at earth. Why!? If i could i would rate this a zero! It isn't even AR!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Star Chart AR is a space game. It's AR edition is day or night. Star Chart AR. Download now and play!!!!!!
Bug on exit ? It does not exit the app while pressing the previous page button...
Not a star chart. Has a button to the actual star chart app
very nice. like this app. using since Symbian. 4.2.2 is not opening in my j5pro. any solutions?
The star chart is £3.99UK.
Use full for information
I used it before but the new version dosen't work 😑
Unfortunately It isn't available in my country (Iran)
Such a bad app 200MB useless garbage
Experienced national geographic observetoile in Sutton. Great experience on site. When using the app home though the constalations keep drifting and are never align with reality. On pixel XL first gen.
We did the Obervetoile in Glenn-Sutton. We had a great time. Fun app over all. But we have 1 issue and 1 suggestion. The objects seem a little misplaced. Looking at Mars or the moon and other objects with the headset, they will always be slightly above the reality. In constellation mode, we would have liked to see different colors between stars and constellations, to help with start patterns recognition.
I read star chart not earth AR demo with the star chart itself being another app for 12 dollars
So I'm guessing you only get the advertised VR experience if you pay for the upgrade. All I'm getting is a 3D Earth. I mean, it looks cool but that's it and it's kinda pointless as you don't seem to be able to do anything except spin it an View 😔 disappointed
