This app only functions for the purpose of buying movie tickets, when that function is working. There is no Rewzrds program, and you cannot order from the food menu. The app is pretty limited compared to apps from AMC, Fandango or Regal.
The app is good , but would be better if there was a fingerprint reader to sign in. I would also like to see where you could enter your gift card or promo card info and it holds it for future use. Sometime you don't have those cards with you when you decide spur of the moment to see a movie. Just a couple of my pet peeves ; other than that very good.
What's the point?! You can't order let alone pay. You can't even let anyone know you are there and need service even though when you tap "in movie service" it highlights that a server will be there soon. Plus, when we pushed the button for the server to come, she had no idea how the app worked. Seriously?
Very poor. Before covid we regularly went to star cinema for every new movie that came out. Our average tab was around 100$ for the both of us. We recently saw that star cinema was reopened. To support them, we decided to go watch jurassic park (a movie weve seen countless times). When we got there we were forced to download an app and told that they could not sell us tickets at the counter. The app charges another 4$ for the movie. This left a bad taste in our mouths, we will not be returning.
When I try to buy tickets, seat selection does not appear. If I click in the area the seats should be, it acts like it selected a seat, but I can't tell which one.
Can't never loaded. Since this is the only way to see a movie at this location you are loosing potential customers. Your app is non-existant. Thanks for the wasted time and gas.
Location stuck at a theater that is apparently closed due to covid. I cant change location to set to either baybrook or Missouri city location, those are closest to me.
Rubbish app. They charge a service fee for using their own app to buy movie tickets. I find that appaling.
We have been enjoying the movies here for many years. The staff is always very nice and the facility is clean and pleasant.

Bought tickets online and downloaded the app so I can have the qr code to use at the theater but no place to do that. Disappointing

Love this place worth the money
Terrible app. Can't get logged in, can't reset password from the app. Have to get a new pw sent to my email, which is terribly long and complicated but doesn't have the option to change it. Just go to the web page instead of wasting your time with this.
