More touble than its worth. App Logs out/forgets credentials every time the Play store pushes an update for it, which breaks your ability to log in and forces you to email RSI customer support to reset your login. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. RSI cant be bothered to figure out how to update this app in a non-destructive way, so just avoid it. Use a third party authenticator like Authy or some other 2nd step method. Betcha RSI cares about fixing this app, meaning "In a few years we may get around to it"
App doesn't work. Comes up with pop up message saying app was designed for older version of android. Won't allow access to camera to scan QR code
Sexure way to access two factor for SC. Sure its just a skin over google authenticator, but its a nice touch and works flawlessly.
Awful. The app went out of date without warning and I lost access to my 2FA generated codes for my account. No update was available.
The app doesn't work. At all. Doesn't even match what CIG says on their website. Last update tonight was July 2016 !!! They've introduced 2way auth since then, but this doesn't even support that .... Ffs Chris Roberts
Worked great on my old phone. Doesnt work at all on my new phone on all 4 of my accounts.

I'd rather use the up to date google authenticator but even though it is linked to my rsi account the codes don't work so i am forced to use this :(

Just use Google authenticator or authy. Why do you have this, but not spectrum. Lol i don't really hate this is actually great use any authenticators to protect your account. But can we get spectrum mobile?

Never gave account sign in option as "How it works" stated and just creating new codes each time the clock cycled.
Super frustrated when switching phones. I can't log in on my phone without the app, but I can't authenticate the app without a code, which I can only get in my account which i can't log in to. The only way I've been able to change phones is turn off two factor authentication on my account, then turn it back on to generate the qr code. But to do that I need to be on my computer.
