It's pretty good and I think it will get better with time Update: After multiple attempts to open the app and it stating "slow connection " and the app would just be stuck. Didn't matter if I was on wifi or LTE I tried several times to open the app. Closing the app, force close it and for the same message. I actually had to uninstall and then reinstall the app for it work properly.

App is having issue with fingerprint authentication. I have used it for months and not had an issue. But have had nothing but issues the last few weeks. After trying and failing with fingerprint, it won't even let me sign in with ID and password. I have to login through a web browser, making the app useless. Not being able to see my money when I need to is quite an inconvenience.

I've deleted and reinstalled this app three times. It will NOT load the account information. A notification will state this is taking longer than expected still trying to connect, or something similar. It has never connected in order to accomplish the task it was made for. I do NOT recommend this app. It's a waste of space on your device, in my opinion anyways.

If zero stars were an option I'd give it a zero. It's been almost a year since I've been able to successfully log on the app. Many people have complained but I guess these guys just don't care. The app is on par with this entire business. Worst bank and worst app I've ever had to put up with. Glad I'm dropping both.

I would have gave it 4 stars but there's some real inconvenience when the system becomes unavailable for maintenance. My other bank apps dont seem to do this, so i know it doesnt have to happen. Right at this moment, for perfect example...There's no balance available.... bc its the first day of the year? I just dont see why its necessary.

Very useful when it's working. In the last 4 days I've had to re-install the app about 5 times. Today it crashed after transferring some funds, and it wouldn't let me login until I re-installed, then it crashed again!

I can connect to the website but have only been able to connect via the app once. Says the connection is slow, but I'm able to login through the web. Just need the app to make remote deposits and can't get it to open. More than frustrated.

App was slow to load until 11/10/2020, now I haven't been able to log in since. No update available, uninstalled and downloaded again...no help. Tried to call the bank on 2 different numbers, busy for 10+ attempts. I got logged in thru the website...and saw the info I needed. Please fix the mobile app, or at least email customers and let them know what is going on. 🙄

When I open my appit just sits there spinning and says that I have a slow connection even though that I do not. Then if I restart my phone and open the app again it will work. It has happened on multiple devices. Apple works fine its only on Android that this happens.

App stopped working after a few years of having it. I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling only to have it work once and then stop again. this never did this before. I'm not sure why this is suddenly happening.

This app was great. Now it just stopped working. Can't connect. I have to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to work every time I use it. Very inconvenient. It use to work just fine. I have a galaxy 10, so it's not an outdated phone or anything.

The mobile deposit feature doesnt work properly. My phone has an excellent camera but the moment you go to take a picture of the check it cant focus and makes everything look super dark.

The app has trouble "connecting to the server" and crashes while I try to use it. Which makes me nervous since it my bank account information. Not a big fan of the app, and because online access to my account is neccessary... I keep using it.

Used to be fine but as of March 2020, fails to open. Says connection is slow, etc. No. It's this app. Very disappointing. One of several reasons I plan to switch banks.

I haven't been able to log in several days. Keeps saying "Connecting to online bank, please wait." Then it times out. VERY frustrating. I've uninstalled and redownloaded it, and it still doesn't work.

This app is useful unless you have a job that you get out of after midnight. Every time I try to use it when I get off it is incorrect. It won't show transactions that you could see earlier in the day. Therefore you don't know your actual balance until the next morning. It is useless for anyone that doesn't have a 9-5 job

This app has always worked perfectly, but for the past 3 weeks it never loads or updates and makes you open it and retry it like 3 times before you can get through! What is going on!?!

It never logs on anymore. It used to work great. Then it wouldn't log in the first time I tried but would if I tried again immediately. Now it will not log in. I've not been able to log in for over a month. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app, still no better. Please fix it.

Starting a few weeks ago, it takes forever to load, if at all. I don't think banks employ the most stellar tech people. Good news though....the mobile web site works fine, and looks exactly like the app. Not to mention chrome remembers your username and password.

My first bank, its the only reason i have this app. The app its self is slow. The way the bank handles the my own money to show me when payment go through is hell. I hate this bank. My other one at least shows me if i have enough to add gas and not over draft my arm and left eye. Do your self a favor if u just open a account with this bank. Close it and check out other places starting with how the app works...

I love the bank but they need to hire people that know what theyre doing on the mobile app! Its great when it works but consistantly will not load! They just upgraded it and once again wont load. Come on guys get it together. I and everyone else rely on this app and do not want to use the online banking. WE NEED THIS APP TO WORK!!!😠

App takes forever to load when it does load. Most of the time it doesn't load. Not sure whats going on as I've had this app for years and never had any issues until now.

I don't know what the developers changed, but it doesn't work anymore it takes three to four times to get the app to work sometimes I even have to uninstall it and reinstall it on Android

App does what it should. I have secure access to my account. I can do everything I would online. It's more efficient than my other banking apps.

so easy to use and glitches very infrequently. i love being able to check balances, deposit checks, and transfer funds from my couch. awesome app!

App would not login after latest update, would just spin loading when using fingerprint login. Reinstalled the app and everything seems to be working again.
