I have attempted to subscribe several times with no success. Currently I am being billed but when I sign in there is an error with the account management system that I haven't been able to get resolved
Star press is a joke...you cant depend on them to deliver the print copy and now cant get on them letting you on the digital edition. They want to charge you although you have it free. After many days of calling you hear I guarantee everything will work fine but it never works. What a joke
I have downloaded this app before and somehow my info became unlinked and I was unable to sign in. I am trying it again. It is annoying to have to pay for local news, when there see links to articles on Facebook.
This app is about useless! Have to log on almost every time and the price is terrible for what news you get. Always late!! I guess I should move to a town they care about!!
Can't sign in and use a service that's being paid for. Unacceptable. Especially when they lock you out after viewing so many articles.
The app is on my device, under my subscription... ON MY DEVICE..... why would I need to log in everytime as if the app knew nothing of a subscription. Get it together Gannett.
Same news day after day, the only thing that changes or updates are the obituaries, no wonder local papers are in the toilet!!!!
It needs updated on companies end. Wont open. Always says security error. Needs fixed. I pay to read the news but i cant!
This so is awful. I can't find anything on here anymore. Where is busted list ???? Where are obits ??? Where are classified ads to hire helpers .it's all lost... I am cancelling . Very disappointed......
Doesn't keep me logged in. I have to log in every day when I used to log in and it would keep my account logged in
I constantly have to log back in. Not sure when this started, but the app used to keep my logged in.
Can't sign on like we used to. Continue to receive a "Loading Error " message.
You used to be able to get like 20+ free stories when you download the app now its like 6 not worth my data

This is the same news EVERYDAY, then on SUNDAY, you get a re-cap of ALL the "biggest" stories of every day. This is supposed to be an online subscription thru Saturday, but receive Sunday in print & online. Maybe, I should try subscribing to another paper and maybe they would have stories about Muncie, since you get everywhere else's news.

Only issue I have so far is that when I read an obituary, I cant go back to the list of others (prior page). It takes me back to the sections page and I must click on Obits again to go through the entire list, again. UGH! It is very frustrating!! Somehow please fix this!!!!!

Never updates
Multiple notices a day and I can't stop them. You suck!
It's a waste of time.
App quit working after the latest update. Comes up with a loading error message when you try and open it. I have deleted it and reinstalled it with the same result. Hopefully you get it fixed soon before I cancel my subscription
