Star Trails

Love it! It's great that it can read RAW files. The output is satisfactory. It would be nice if the output quality was better though, 10 mb atleast. It's sad to see 70 RAW files go in and a 2 mb jpeg come out.. Also it'd be awesome if you manage to make it fill up the gaps between the trails in each photo. Ik that's too much to ask for in a tiny Android app. But it is great for quick works to check how it'll turn out.

Downloaded it hoping it would work similar to the old star trails app on here that disappeared. No such luck. App would not import any pictures. Hopefully they work the bugs out. *Revision update is working much better. Once they tweak it to where you can grab from any gallery it will be golden.

I love the app. But for it to be great 4* or even superb 5* you need to make it similar to iPhone long exposure where the final image will have higher quality once overstacked multiple picture (if say 5 out of 10 pictures are the same) those 5 pictures will have more dominant presence in the final image.

No RAW support, seriously? PLEASE add support for outputting RAW pictures, many people and I are willing to even pay for it, using Jpegs is just bad. Update: Changed it to 4 stars now. Also please add a function which asks the user if he wants to delete the pictures he used to make the star trail, just save time!

The only working app for multiple image stacking. would love to see this app develop in to a all round image stacker with median stacking and stuff some day. It will be useful for handheld long exposure with burst mode photos if it can auto arrange and correct. keep up the good work dev.

This app is flawless .... I don't know why people hate this app. Well this is just a tool to create star trails ..... Users just copy your settings of your edited image and paste it to the others, Start this app and superimposed them together. It doesn't compromise with the quality. Maybe there can be a lots of improvements can be done. But still it is a good app to be used on a mobile phone.

I really enjoyed using the app. I used the app "DeepSkyCamera" to take over 200 RAW photos with my S21 Ultra and your app processed all the images into a lovely PNG file photo. My question to the app developer is: Since my phone can shoot in raw instead of jpeg, would it be possible to save output also as RAW instead of PNG? There would truly be lossless output. Keep up the great work.

Very good apps to make star trails on mobile . The only drawback is the image output quality , this is a huge problem with this app , stacking 100 images together and getting a less than 2 mb jpeg output is actually too poor output . Otherwise the app works pretty well 👍 Just improve ta output quality ...

This is surely the only that helps to develop star trails on phone! Just loved it ! Wish there were more options of blending and also the quality should be maintained! Rest no problems!!

Smooth...it gave almost similar result compared to photoshop. Also much much faster. Please improve on quality and feel gap between trail.

Overall this app is good and handy but one drawback is that after stacking 150-200 pictures the output is really bad as the picture's size get degraded to a greater extent and the file size is much lower (>2MB)....So please fix this issue asap!!

Great app, no need for computer. Easy to use but not very flexible. Still a very handy tool for quickly creating star trails.

Worked very well. I used this along with intervalometer and i was able to make star trails on my phone. Rendered 300 photo trail effortlessly! Keep up the good work!

The app do a decent job for it purpose. I would like to inform the devs to modify the app. And add option for accumulation, and other features, as In sequator or dark sky stacker

Not great... Tried to select images but won't in gallery mode! Just shows pics then U click in one and it says not enough images. Well dur! I can go to "my files" but it shows ALL photos on device!

Awesome work done on this app👌. I don't have a computer to work on compiling pictures but this app really helped me out. I stacked 100 images from my GoPro hero 8 and the result was awesome. Thank you so much for this app.

There are no instructions whatsoever that I needed to "long press" for images to select multiple images. I tried many several times just to figure it out.

Great that it supports raw files.. but the output is even less than 2 mb.. after stacking 80 30mb photos each, I got an output of ~1mb... This is very low quality output

It's easy to use but i was confused about output file's location. Finally i found the output file in the app folder.

Good App. Does what it's supposed to do. Could be better if it had other features such as gap filling etc. Hope to see them in newer versions.

This is a fantastic app for stacking images. It not only creates star trails, I have also used it to stack images of lightning. This is an awesome app. 5 stars.!!

I purchased premium option, money has been deducted but it's still showing purchase option to unlock premium options. What kind of scam is this? Please refund my money.

The app is amazing! Saved me from buying a PC. It crashed with my OnePlus Gallery but compatible with Google Gallery! Good Job man! 👍

why is that the app says pick more than 1 pictures when I already picked one? Is it a bug? I can't use the app tho. Its just a waste of my time to be honest. hopefully you can do something about this

Perfectly amazing app.works good to make star trail photography on mobile.i think the photo quality reduces a bit, that's only problem I faced

I compiled my first star trail with this such an amazing app... It was like ⚡. So fast and lucid. Wishes for more features in upcoming updates.

Just downloaded this, threw 400 RAW images at it, & it worked like a dream in a few seconds. One of the most useful apps (to me) ever 👏👏👏

Absolutely the best mobile app for image stacking. Now don't expect pc quality images/stacking

I was searching for photo stacking apps for astrophotography, it is even better than Adobe Photoshop and Snapseed , would recommend it to beginners in astrophotography

This is best app I ever used to stack my bundle of photos.. it's easy to use and no adds popup when I go offline just awesome. loved it ;)
