Really loved it until, for reasons unknown to me, it froze. When I tried to exit and reenter the game stayed on the loading screen and I can't get in anymore. I'm incredibly disappointed, especially because I'd spent hours watching ads for dilithium to buy a cadet pack with the rare officers. I also was finally ready to buy the USS Deadalus. If someone contacts me and fixes the problem I'll gladly change this to a 5-star review, because it truly was very fun, engaging and free to play. I like Kongregate's games, so please get back to me before I give up and uninstall it. Thanks : )

Decent start to a sequel, but it was definitely released before it was ready. Fixed some complaints about the first one, though the game universe feels much smaller. The graphics are well done increasing character detail but keeping with the retro theme. But the crew selection seems very limited. Hours of gameplay in and I'm just getting repeats of the same low level crew... Possibly a bug or game balance issue. Or they ran out of time and launched before implementing some pay-to-win scheme, who knows? There are too many bugs, and support is non-responsive. The average response time is a more than a week per contact, even in the same support ticket. They broke my account trying to fix one issue, then have left me hanging with zero contact and unable to play for over a week. The game is broken, support is absent, and the one time they did contact me to help they made matters worse. Give it a shot, it has potential... But make sure you spend some time with it before deciding to drop any cash. It can go from buggy to totally busted in a heartbeat. So close, yet so far. Mission briefing doesn't match the actual mission, crew can be assigned to rooms where they have no function, some rewards repeat themselves after being marked completed, occasional graphic glitches. Multi-player appears to be bots only? It doesn't seem like testing included any actual play-through of the game.

Could be better. ☹️ I love the game concept, the music, the animations but because I don't play the game every 5 minutes (or even 5 times in a day) I don't collect much in the way of resources. This makes upgrading, training or building very difficult and making it a long, slow game. If there were to be a small idle aspect i.e. collects resources for the first 30/60/90/180 minutes, then I would be much happier with the game. I also note the developers haven't updated this app for over a year.

Trexels has changed a lot. Unpleasently. The simplicity was what made The Trexels so good. It was straightfoward. It was decent. The 16-bit characters were better. They looked cooler and, again, it was nicer looking, and you could get started quickly. But this game was... Unsettling. It is too different, and I disliked the intro. Maybe I'm not used to Trexels II, but I certainly dislike this game. It's too weird and different and childish in every way imaginable. It's just boring, and it lost the fun of building and doing missions. If there's anything I want, it's collecting dilithium to get cool crew members or building with a purpose or fun pvp ship battles and pretty awesome away missions. Not a goofy kiddish game full of creepy big-eyed characters and building without fun or having more annoying away missions. You ruined a great game. The GUI is even worse in my opinion. And what ever happened to offline mode? I've havent played TII offline but with the first one I thought you could start it up offline. Also, why are you forced to spend almost all your crystals for building in the tutorial? You're trying people to purchase crystals? It's more of a game on a screen than good content. You could call this art, but that's as far as it goes.

Best star trek game in the store. Mixes ship layout building and turn based away missions. I say this even if I could play it only once, then it got stuck in a infinite loading screen. The ship is behind and can be seen by forcing it to run in a window or split screen but as it is, it's unplayable. A real shame. Those 15 minutes were more fun than the hours spent on the other useless star trek games in the store.

Well, this game was ok, back when it worked. I've been playing it for about a month. It was an ok Star Trek themed grinder, but very buggy. I was happy to see an update that promised to fix some bugs. So I updated. Sadly, instead of fixing the bugs, it broke the game completely. Now it won't even load. I try to open it and the combadge icon just spins and spins for eternity. Fail.

I am a huge Star Trek and have played the first Trexels. It is enjoyable and so worth the install. However, with that being said, Trexels II has not been updated, expanded or revised in almost a year and feel it's been completely abandoned. I have tried emailing directly to them and have gotten NO response. This is very disappointing.

I love this game. The first Trexels fell short for me and they seem to have fixed many of the issues that made me give up. Progression feels well paced, space is at a premium so you have to pick your layouts wisely, away missions are varied and fun. Also you can watch ads for in-game currency (dilithium) and unlike other games there is no limit on the amount of ads you can watch. So if you are willing to put in the time you can get a load of free resources. All in all I think this is a solid game!

I love the idea for the game but I have some issues and I think it could be vastly improved. 1) Officers are basically the same, with different skins. 2) Sometimes, on the fleet screen, rooms do not register, so I don't have access to resource storage. 3) Some achievements do not register (I unlocked the Oberth but the achievement is not fulfilled). 4) Away missions get boring quickly, as there's not much variety. 5) Resource generation does not happen while idle. 6) Some rooms don't work.

I am currently enjoying it. I have a few issues though. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. The combat needs work and it slows down everything. I'd rather have a timer and they auto complete the mission with a percentage of success or failure. Then the crew you send changes it depending on their skills and training

Ok been playing it now for almost a week and I'm slightly hooked, but there are some issues. It would be better if the game would auto collect resources rather than having to log in every time, this slows the game down considerably and means you get nowhere fast. The next issue and this is my big bugbear, I can't connect it to Facebook to save my progress, it just won't sync with it at all even though I have great connection speed. I'm getting a new phone next week and I fear I'm going to lose all my game data when I go over to my new handset.

The first game be was missing many things, but this one is fixing many of them. Don't know why relaxing shooting of asteroids got removed, that was kinda funny. I hoped that it would get upgraded to some kind of space invaders, but never mind. The missions on planets are now awesome, keep the good work. Hope to see some fights on ships as well.

Really charming. Lots of delays, though, and not just because of the built-in timers. V-E-R-Y slow to change screens (20-30 seconds). I'm a sucker for these cut-away view, outfit-and-build up your starship games, especially with a Star Trek theme, so I've been more than usually patient. It's an online game, too, which I almost never use, as I'm seldom online. I never spend real money, but this one lets you "earn" resources through patience and optional 30-sec. videos.

DOESN'T LOAD! A cute, fun and likable game. Unfortunately my experience was very short. A bug in the game prevents me from getting into the actual game and I'm stuck in a loading screen. I have send an email to the developers but since I have not recieved a response in a few weeks my review will have to be negative. I'd be more than happy to change the rating after this problem is resolved.

It's a fun game but the inability to use a cloud save feature is problematic. There really shouldn't be a game that doesn't take advantage of this functionality in google. Also, despite setting the music to off it plays when you start the game and will not stop until you switch screens. This is annoying when you want to play the game in a place you need to be quiet.

Forget what others say - this is not pay to play or pay to win. You can pay to progress faster but that's just for people with more money than sense. I paid nothing and completed every mission on every planet in a week. This is a pretty solid, enjoyable Star Trek management/action game. Beaming down to planets for battles is better than in the first Trexels. However, I got bored of it before long. You soon get to the point where you realise that you're going to be doing the same thing over and over and over again for weeks to unlock all ships. I couldn't face it and uninstalled.

I enjoyed the first game a lot... and this game 2nd version has a lot of potential... But the lag is brutal... I mean I'm not overly picky about games that lag some... but this frustrating... making selections essentially unusable... specifically training crew/healing crew/scrolling through build blueprints/or anything in the store requiring scrolling... in fact anything that requires the scolling action is effectively broken... either it will scroll intermittently or not at all... soooo... I am uncertain if this is just a bug and it's broken or if it's a ridiculous lag issue that amounts to the same thing... truly until this addressed the game is unplayable... New tablet (current OS tons ram/space, stable wifi and zero issues with other high performance games/programs) and none of these issues seem to be on my end of things... if (and only if) these issues are addressed will I revisit my review and score...

Well after reaching lvl 10 I've deleted the game. PVP has never worked for me, just an endless loop waiting to find a player. That's 4 days straight. There's also random mission bugs forcing you to restart as it freezers during a battle. Concept is good, the missions whilst many, are repeated maps with a minor tweek which is just lazy. Shame it just shows that no testing has been done on this game before releasing to get money...

Fun little time waster / ship micromanaging game, much more polished than its predecessor. However, still very buggy. I'm unable to receive XP for several of my completed objectives, including: - Complete a mission on Hyphaeon. - Mine dilithium. - Heal an officer in sickbay. Little things like that bug me. (Pun intended.) To the developer, if you can fix that, please, Make it so. Otherwise strong work!

Jam. L. Nov 23, 2018

The game is overall good. I like how all of the ship is unlocked when you buy it, which is a definate improvement. The missions and combat are fun to play and I like how probes can be stacked rather than be limited to five. One thing I also like is spin thing at Quark's, what I enjoy about it most is that you can actually win the items you are less likely to get. Usually in other mobile games with that feature, the best you can get is an uncommon. It's still a bit buggy, but it's forgivable because it's a new game.

From what I played, I enjoyed but now it doesn't work. The game loaded when I first installed it but now it never loads beyond the loading screen with the tip amd starfleet delta. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it and nothing works. I've even contact customer support but they never got back to me. I will change my review onve i can actually play the game but in the meantime, if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Fun game, bit of a grind, sure but it's a mobile game, it comes with the territory. While I've enjoyed the game for the first few months, it's not without it's bugs, especially with the daily rewards. The game hasn't been updated since November of 2018 and the Facebook page, as far as I know, hasn't seen a new post since October of 2018. If they updated the game with new content and bug fixes, I'd return to it.

So far it's been interesting. Defeats are not game breaking, wins come with a little struggle at first. I'm not sure if the problem I'm having is a bug or not. It seems like some of my crew refuse to be trained. I don't know why. There's nothing telling me why, just a noise, and the crew member doesn't assign. At first it happened with my higher level member, so I figured I topped her out, but I just got a christine, with stats in the tens, and she only trained once, and now won't go anywhere.
