Very great app. The only problem I get with it is it doesn't connects fast every time and it automatically disconnect when you go offline and you have to connect again when you back online
This is the most useless premium VPN I've used. It doesn't connect and I just think what the developers of this app are doing without finding solution to this, bcos the app doesn't guarantee value for money. Total waste of money and time
Please I want a refund of this month subscription, 52ghc has been deducted from my momo account today 23 March 2022, for a new subscription but I don't want to continue anymore. I cancel the subscription and i expect a refund back please.
Every time I turn on my device I have to manually turn on the app and I've been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact customer support in app
Superior App!!! But this is a premium that they charge you for selecting a country to navagate in!!! I have problems with the app. I wouldn't recommend this app to all US smartphone users & The World!!! 😬😬😣😞😮😥😡😭
Very solid. My only issue is how do I sign out of other devices which I don't have access to anymore. I feel this should be in place. Star VPN has a very poor customer service
App worked for me on the mobile for a few days then stopped today. Not letting me sign in and not letting me connect to any server. Doesn't work on the pc at all for me. No response from support team about resolution or refund.
It turns off itself without notification and it takes forever to connect... That's so disgusting!
No complains thus far.. connectivity issues are intermitent. Will keep using the app to test it for another few weeks
I have tried several VPN apps including the paid ones. STAR VPN is the best so far, it connects very quickly for me, and more importantly it's faster than all of the rest. In fact, I was getting faster speeds with the VPN connected, which is not usually the case. So far, I'm very impressed.
This is a very good VPN, since it is completely free & working. Also a bonus is that after you have done your free trial you can just press the "X" in the corner and it will go back to being the trial again Lol. DEFINITELY GET THIS VPN - It is one of my favourites and it is completely free
Overall not bad. It's good when it connects, but half the time it fails to connect. Can get very frustrating. Got premium but I wouldn't recommend it as the free one is literally the same.
This app works well on Apple devices,I can watch Netflix shows and movies on my apple device but not on my Android device,The vpn does not Work,I can't resume watching my Netflix shows using star VPN on my Android phone from my VPN show Ipad because star VPN doesn't work on my Android phone. Although,it works great on Apple device.If you can make it compatible on all devices that would be great.At times it does not want to connect or recognize because application has an internet issue.Please fix
This VPN is great! I do notice a slight decline in my internet speed, but that is to be expected. The connection is still fast and reliable. My only suggestion (for now) is to add a widget for the home screen.
It is a really nice app. It works perfectly. However I sometimes find difficulties starting it. Even with good network it doesn't turn on sometimes. It takes very long.
Almost never works. Your wifi has to be perfect for this to connect. Constant ads for their premium make the app almost un-usable. When it sometimes works, its ok. Two stars.
Great App. Works flawlessly. I never get disconnected witch alot of others do which is annoying. Does not drain the battery much. Great protection. Can use with 5 devices. I use it on Phone and Tablet. Very Reliable. 5 stars.
It's free for an American server. Perfect for getting around blocked websites on school/work/public wifi

Speed is good, but needs a lot of time to connect. Even with Premium you need to find working server manually from list of 50 countries and cities, and sometimes only 1 or 2 of them can connect. Why don't you add auto search?
Best VPN OUT THERE Don't be fooled by free VPNs, your the product. Your security and safety are not their concern. The actual VPN service is great and works with all your devices. That being said this app could certainly use a face lift but nonetheless it's works as intended.
I live between China and Canada and, having tried various well-known services, StarVPN is absolutely my best choice - if anything its Free US node has been top speed and literally no drop-off, prompting me to purchase premium just to support them. Please keep up the service! You're saving lives of us globe-trotters living on VPN.

Usually a great VPN , sometimes it doesn't want to connect , not sure if it's a broadband supplier issue, also periodically transfer speeds drop off, all in all a very good application the best free VPN available.
You have to wait over 45 minutes to get connected and only for 15 minutes but not always out of 6 times trying to get connected I only got connected twice and not more than 15 minutes it is waist of time 😡🤮 اصلا به درد نمیخوره افتضاحه 🤮
It's good ,generally speaking ,but sometimes doesn't work. Don't know if it's because of the signal.
Best Vpn around. I've tried Express, Nord, Thunder, Open, all have issues eventually. Star is the only one that works for me consistently every time. Even works with the great firewall (China). Highly recommend!
