First of all, I haven't played this game yet and it's because you need a lightsaber in the real world, so this review is more like a suggestion for Hasbro and even Disney. If you want people to play your game more there has to be a minimal amount of gimmicks. I understand wanting real sabers for realistic battles but considering your franchise is so big at this point I believe that a phone as a controller is really the better option. Thank you Hasbro and Disney, if you have read this.
Bought the Kylo Ren level 2 lightsaber to work with this, as-is it simply doesn't. The qr code is attached to one of the small hilts, but as it's not attached to something not flat will not work. Carefully remove it and place it flat, then scan. However, won't let you use the lightsaber with the app. Will only let you see two (yes, 2!!) 2-second movies. Huge letdown.
First it will not load or it takes two hundred min. Because it just sat there loading so I give it two stars for effort and I'm think the product is amazing but can you possibly make a online version to.
Sometimes the connections won't work but after it does, it's amazing app to show your light saber skills.
Didn't even load! I clicked on the app and it kept spinning..... I looked forward to it but now I know why there are so many negative comments. This simulation doesn't even start!!! Dissatisfied Won't recommend at all 😈
So first of all I love this game it has taught me so many things I've told my friends I've told my family I've been using this app for like 2 years now and is taught me so many things I have at least 30 colors of different Jedis it's really fun I really recommend downloading this app if you have a lightsaber and you want to learn with it I have trained with all the Masters I'm good and bad so I would really recommend downloading this game if you have a lightsaber and you really just want to have
Great app. Also i accidentally hit a bug with my lightsaber and its like 'you grow stronger to the dark side'..... Guess all I have to do is hit more moths. 😂😂😂
Ok i just bought a lightsaber that is compatible with the game but it dosen't want to scan the QR code at all. Please do something. It was the only one i could afford.
Used to work great but then my lightsaber started chewing through batteries and stopped connecting to the app I asked support nearly a year ago and still haven't gotten a reply
By the looks of it when I first started it looked like a scam\ lag type deal so it was or has it's good deals and bad deals thx for you're time
I've tried scanning the other lightsabers ( kylo ren,Rey ect ) and it does not scan very disappointing please fix this and then I might be able to update my review.
It's really good, but I think that when you become Jedi master, you should have the option to unlock the yellow Rey's lightsaber.
it wont work with my lightsaber, it just doesnt connect. it has no academy button or whatever. it is a 2019 luke skywalker green lightsaber with sounds and his voice. in all, it is garbage.

It requires the lightsaber product but due to quarantine I cant get it but I have watched my friend play it on zoom and it keeps on blacking out.
Posing is so difficult exept the moving pose and hard to target the thing
Keeps saying to hit light saber button to try and when I do it does not register are light sabers but says we already earned are training for those light sabers
I have tried this app on 3 different devices and it has NEVER successfully connected to the lightsaber!
It keeps kicking me and even if i join it finds another way to kick me out,but ill give 2 for the cool poster at the start
It's keeps saying retry at the exact moment as I start doing the moves, I don't even get a chance to try.
U try to do something but it does not move, I tryd everything and it does not work.
I cant scan the qr code the camera turns blurry after i put my phone near it can you please fix this bug
Its very fun but there should be more than 5 characters for what i paid for
It keeps on turning off and not letting me play it turns off when I start it.
It is good but when i connect the bluetooth i am pressing the button but it is slow to connect
App quit downloading to phone at 58 percent multiple times. Wont download to my phone, from the google play store. My son loves the lightsaber but he is so disapointed the app doesn't work!
Lightsaber uses up batteries quickly and will not connect to the app anymore
Connecting your Academy lightsaber and Leveling up your force points will give you more character voices and even a purple crystal for mace windu. Continuing to level up will get you more voices, around level 400s you will get Anikin skywalker. The lightsaber DOSE NOT have to be connected to the app to level up, if you just play with the lightsaber like normal, you will build up levels and will receive them when you connect to the app next. Leveling up is actually faster that way.
