After much difficulty for trying to login few months ago, I still can login around 1 from 50 attemps. But now, it says my password or email invalid. Wow, nice job for improving the app. At least I don't have to wait OTP anymore.
After two month use this app. It was run smooth. But today (thursday) the app cannot run. Stuck in SB logo for several minutes. I already re-install, restart the smartphone, use wi-fi instead mobile network. I can't figure out why this happened. So I cannot use my balance in SB card to pay the transaction because I don't have any physical SB card.
Can't even generate OTP after trying to log in. And yes my email is correct. It says that verification has been sent to my email but after I've checked my mail (including spam) there was none. Been 3 months without fix, nice update!
Swear to God this app is made by amateurs. Their OTP verification is broken, won't send mine at all. Not to mention once in a blue moon it works and you get the OTP, the virtual keyboard will hide after a single press, then you have to re-focus on the input box to show it again, and this process repeats on every single digit needed!? What the hell is this.
It won't log me in. Created my account no problem, now I just get invalid username or password when I try to log in. 😕😢
The apps keeps kicking me out from the apps. Entering the passcode is very annoying. UI/UXers of this app. Don't you use this apps? Your apps keep asking me to tap each box to enter the passcode. If not being tapped manually, then the keyboard is missing. Can you make improvement where we can order through the apps and pick it up ourselves? It will reduce the chance of having error when already being in front of the cashier.
My account is fine when i tried to login via website, but in the app i have log in issue, i've tried uninstall and install the app several times yet it still didn't work.
Awesome apps! It keeps saying I've entered a wrong OTP code while I copied and pasted the code from my email. Can't even login.
I can't even open the app. It keep shows the green starbucks reward and won't go anywhere..
Cant create pass code..it says "no internet connection" I dont believe big brand like this makes major mistake like this
Please fix the inbox notification issue. The messages went unread again whenever I scroll up or down and the balloon notification won't disappear.
I can't login! They ask me to relogin like once a month, it is okay. But today, I was asked to relogin, set tup new passcode, then notification about session expired is shown! And as you know, I need to repeat the sign in, checking email for OTP, and setup pascode again! And again, session expired. Was doing it for 3 times! And not successful. Finally I paid my drinks with other method.
Contrary to what others say, didn't have any issues with password / log in. Bought the card, downloaded the app, registered (picked a password based on rules), linked the card to account and that's it. Took me 2 mins to do all. Used immediately for my first purchase. A minute later my purchase (stars) showed on the app. Next day used in a different store, all good. Works fine for me 👍
Splash screen took a really long time to load even though I can stream youtube 1080p without problem. 1 star for now until the problem is fixed

I cant even click "sign in" and many bad review. But yet you are not fixing the apps. YOU ARE LOSING ALL OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER SOON!!!
This app just like a beginner who starting learn how to make a mobile app. The UI/UX is far from great nor good. It force closed so often. Also the backend is bad enough, slow connection and got an error several times. Your app is your face. Please make a propper app with great UI/UX and blazingly fast response also responsive. It was good, now it is just rubbish. From the impossible to remember password to the connection that is only running in wifi but not 4G. Reset the password is a nightmare and at the end i have been blocked for 30 minutes because exceeded the max attempt number, but it was the first! Every payment i must input my password, like i have 1 million dollars in my account. Very uncomfortable to use, I am very disappointed.
Persistent internal server error since installing the app a week ago. Unable to sign up or sign in at all 🙁
Persistenly periodically kicks me out and force me to login again. And then blocks me off the app for 30minutes because this is the only app that force me to remember complicated password that I always set differently on different use/apps/accounts etc. And everytime it block me out I have to set different password. All the time. Why don't the dev connect the login with googlle account instead, for customers convenience sake. For once.
So so so not helping, constanly offline and upgrade has been quite annoying, since it require us to re-login but keep giving error password, also the constant email OTP. Why can not just use phone otp, but has to be email. The US and the SG version of this app are much more secure and less hassle. PLEASE, PLEASE BE more simple!
Please allow the date of birth to be changed. It's annoying when you input incorrectly and can't correct it. And when sign-up the request password is to annoying. I tried who knows how many combination until it's finally accepted. Please make it easier for the customer.
The UI is so good and understandable,the app is also not complicated to use,the features shown on the interface are not too many yet they are the most useful ones. Would be good if we could log in without typing the 6-digit code.
Starbucks, is this app really the best you can do? As a multibillion dollar company? I cannot even login into my account. I tapped the sign in for thousand times and I still cannot log in. The email & password is right, the connection is adequate, cache has been cleaned, and the app is updated to the newest version, yet I still cannot login. I am so dissapointed in Starbucks Indonesia.
