I cant login to the app upon initial download. It gives the error message that something went wrong and to try again later. I thought it was an network outage or connectivity issues, despite every day or place. I recieve the same message. I hope reinstalling it helps Update: no improvement. i will just use the desktop version
There is no loyality program. What is the point of the app ? Instead of recharging credit in the app, i can just pay with cash or bank card 😆. There should be points to collect - for example - to be able to create more loyal customers.
The worst app it doesn't worked although the customer service the weirdest have ever dealed with from four days I have downloaded the app and it's not working yet and the technical issue from the app is still going on as per the customer service it might takes up to a year!!!!!
Doesn't offer a loyalty program. App always gives error when trying to top up saying expiry date can't be empty when there is no field for expiry date anywhere on the top up screen. Very disappointing.
I will delete if it doesn't stop a pop up that says we are sorry but something went wrong. like really. I will update if Im able to. update I'm deleting the app. sad it will not let me even put my full name in before it pops up.
Inconsistent of working functions, hasn't been updated in almost a year, problematic account updating and often unavailable for use in stores. Alshaya Customer Service is an embarrassing joke they either do not reply, give false information when they do reply and takes 2 weeks + to get an account balance corrected.
Pathetic app. Wish there was a lower rating. Doesn't show stores and throws error back "null" and I don't expect such a big company to develop such a cheap app and why is there any option to show the menu and does it help announce the drink of the season etc??
I've been sucessfully using the app for few years. Recently I was trying to install it on my new phone and no luck. Keep getting an error message. Bummer.
Absolutely dreadful..they took 10kwd from my account and it never appeared on the app. This happened on June 4th and still not received my money back after many promises.Very poor service as now ignoring all emails.
if I could put zero stars I would. this is supposed to be like a prepaid card to pay at Starbucks, it's up to me to use it whenever I want and up to me to stop using it. you have NO right to take my credit money because I didn't use the card for long time. this is scam and fraud.
After topping up it didn't reflect in the balance and the app failed to show it 😑... I will not use the app and just pay with the regular means
this is not the US version. I guess my phone does not support the US one even though it's only 2 years old!

The app is not working, I have a galaxy a50 phone, it keep giving me errors when I try to get a new online card.
Promotions offered on the app are not redeemable due to system issues and then you have to pay full price.

Useful app & simple. Once you have an account, sometimes you receive good promotions.

Used to be nice easy reliable app with little problem of delays in updating balance some times. Since topping it off two days ago, the app closes when pushing pay button. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it, still same problem. Contacted the customer support on the app three times but received no answer. I gave it 5 stars before, but have to change my review to less than one star.
