Stargon Browser

Wow, I'm impressed! Loaded with useful features but with a low memory footprint. No ads, no user info collected, privacy, saves PDFs, the works. Best user interface in the business. It also includes the Yandex search engine which does not censure search results. Stargon is clearly the top web browser. Highly recommended!

It's faster than Via browser, but the ad blocking is not that powerful. I still see ads when I vist Chinese sites. I would've loved an option to add custom ad filters Edit: 2 stars coz there's apparently no way to backup your data

Almost perfect browser! Download settings is can be more advance, for the example max downloading feature should exist, so downloading is can a file only and other files are queued! the menu customization, and also the whitelist site at the AdBlock!

Hands down the best browser I've used. No ads in the app while blocking ads, easy to use interface and rich features.

VERY fast! Not loaded with clickbait and other pushed garbage, but you will need to spend some time playing with settings to get what you want. Ad blockers and private tabs of course. Not heavy resource user. Best browser of 12 I am presently trialling and only keeper so far. UPDATE 01-23-22: Removed a star. I'm beginning to see pop-up ads. And discovered that the web links to ad filters do not work

Excellent! The only one that could solve the conversion of web page to pdf in a perfect way, I tried about 100 browsers and none of them solved as it should be, some have the option but they don't work correctly! If that is with that option, what will it be with everything else? Thanks a lot!

Excellent, best browser I have used in a long while for quick surfing. Good customisations, find-in-page with one click! If the developer added DayNight theme that would be great.

Almost Perfect! It would be great if users can be able to add custom hosts for ad blocking and custom search engine also integrate QR scanner to the search tab. Please consider the request🙏

so far i tried on 1 GB Ram, This app is very great and light to use, Although VPN active. My request Add Feature "Copy Download Link" when download window appear and option to Disable automatically refresh Page

All the complaints by others is similar to mine. But boy this browser is suberb. One more thing, please add news feed and New notification bar

I can not control the volume or lightness with a light swipe when playing videos. Whenever I need to control, I have to touch the screen hard and not from the sides of the screen but from near centre of screen in landscape mode. It is a total inconvenience, guys!

Appreciate the prompt update, but my problem still persist. Pdf file from some sites being downloaded as 0kb. The same sites download perfectly on other browsers.

What are you doing in the background ,why the cpu usage reach 45 % ,battery drains like I am playing a game like bgmi in highest setting in both of my phones,it seems like they are mining in the background to keep this app free, don't install until they fix it

Fantastic app!. I was in search of a compact but powerful Android web browser after UC browser was banned. Stargon is just about perfect!

Everything is good but while playing video the on screen brightness 🔆 and volume adjustor is not smooth. It doesn't work most of time. Fix that and reply me here, then I will download this browser again.

Browser is really good and snappy. Please allow to add more filter list by url.

I'd put this up on tier with Via and IDM+. Cleaner UI than Xbrowser and Soul. Top notch. Still needs a little more polish but 🦾👍🏼

This is the best browser for me, better than any browser out there, but there is one problem, cannot download Tw1tter video when i try to watch it say "cant play this video" and when i try download it corrupt.

Bengali language is there. Minimal looking but so beautiful interface. so many VPN/DNS providers. Lightweight

Awesome browser. This would've been the best browser, if bottom toolbar was implemented and the dark mode was improved. Currently, the dark mode inverts all the elements in the page, including images, which results in bad UX. Apart from these issues, this is hands-down the best browser I've used so far. Keep up the good work.

Edit : Please give an option wheter we want to start the browser by restoring the previous session or not. Just tried this browser, and absolutely loving it. It's easy to use (especially the gestures, works great), full of customizations, you can even rearrange the bottom menu bar in this browser to fit your likings, and set a secondary function for it (a feature that I rarely see in a mobile browser). All these together makes it a fully functional browser that's easy to use.

I've been looking for new browser & video downloader and this one fits my needs pretty well. It lets you download to a custom directory and you can view/modify downloaded files in other file managers. The only inconvenience is there's no download shortcut nor any way to add a download icon to the navigation bar. As such, it takes two clicks before you can get to a video picker where you can choose what to download, the process needs to be less clicks but it's not a deal breaker at the moment.

I love the app. It is a very fast browser. However, one feature I would love to see is that on startup, my tabs won't be restored. I can do this this if I press the exit button but it would be more convenient if can just swipe the app away and not see any previous tabs when I start the app back up. Other browsers like Brave can currently do this. Other than that, stargon is an excellent browser!

Edited 2: awesome the popup block works perfectly now. Just one tiny little problem. The download progress only shows on the notification bar, not inside the browser and no option to pause download either. If possible, add the option to use image as the browser background, and also an option to make the browser transparent. 5⭐ Edited: okay looking forward to that. The "block popup" doesn't work, sites opening of new tabs still happens even popup is supposed to be blocked by the browser.

I love it's customizability. Especially the ability to change font. It is quite a simple browser and it got alot of the big names features and even better. I recommend it to anyone looking for something simple but effective. Ok so I would like it if the developer can add the login feature or any effective similar feature, so I can easily sync my bookmarks and data across devices rather than the method available now. Thanks 👍

This browser app is so much good and better at RAM usage and speed than Google's Chrome Do you have the Desktop app for Windows OS or MacOS??
