Auto disconnect during chromecast to TV. Starhub should learn from Singtel which they have cast tv app which auto built-in in most of the smart and android tv. Initially is apps is okay, but turn to worse after this new launch app called stathub tv+. Overall quite disappointed.

There is a defect. Every time I cast it onto a TV, the casting will automatically stop after a few minutes and then I will have to cast it again. Watching a football match and having to repeatedly cast the screen onto the TV is painful

App keeps crashing. Runs for about 4 mins then the screen says ready to cast. Customer service of no help as the they're blaming my phone. I can cast everything else except starhub. Starhub clearly needs to do better esp since they've just bought the premier League rights.

Another very stupid thing about this app. When in the main menu, it won't operate in landscape layout. After opening a video, the video will operate in landscape layout. However, the screen will turn back to partial layout after exiting the video. Have to keep turning the phone from portrait to landscape and than portrait to landscape. Rubbish app. Will cancel my subscription.

Not able to function. At the beginning it did not show my subscribed services, subsequently they showed up. However the content could not be played and the App kept crashing. What's the point of subscribing to the Go Service when it can't be used. I see from the user reviews that I'm not the only one facing similar problems.

was streaming smoothly when I started watching. after I paused to read an email and went back to the app to continue, somehow it keeps prompting "Playback Error' message. closed the app. restart. same issue. it was only after afew hours , when I tried again, that I am able to watch successfully. This issue happened for several occasions. doesn't justify the monthly subscription fee that I need to pay. As usual, starhub should have done better. Will Have Given Zero Star If I Have A Choice.

Subscribed to this service during mobile recontract, absolutely bad user experience. First the app is not available on Samsung tv store, tried it on an android box, says doesn't work on rooted device. Finally, tried to use wireless projection from mobile phone to project on tv, UI is there but the show/movie doesn't show, its just a black screen with audio playing in the background. Furthermore, the mobile app keeps prompting some error. Get your act together before you launch a digital service!

Horrible. First player error, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but more problems occur when trying to log in again. App would not let me log in at all. You can enter your HubID and password but it just loads a blank page and doesn't log in at all. Totally unusable at the moment. Same nonsense for the past week. Annoyingly unacceptable.

slow to load and MANY shows on certain channels are unable to open to open at all. called starhub to check many times. they say they see the problem but can't seem to rectify on many occasions. even if fixed, the same problem recurs every few months. programs are not even updated regularly so episodes are lagging and not up to date. why am I paying every month for something so inefficient.

The Chromecast feature is back, thanks for that. But if I play a video on my Samsung Galaxy S10e, the Chromecast button is barely visible. The video is 16:9, my phones screen ratio is 21:9, because of that the video is cropped, there are black spaces on both ends of the screen. And the chromecast buttons colors is black also. That's why it's hard to notice.

Not able to cast onto TV suddenly. It's on an off. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Really a gamble. Can starhub fix this for good?

When cast to TV, it will keep to the next episode every 5 min. How are we supposed to enjoy the content?! Mewatch which is free is so much better. Your IT team needs to really buck up

Such a terrible android tv+ always give problem. Prefer the old box much better and easier to understand. The tv+, every night give problem. Always say "media play error". Then sometime no sound. I had to off and on again. Then sometime got some error when wanna watch tv say http 502 error. Pay every month get this kind of terrible services. Hope u guys fix it soon.

I like this app but I found 2 bugs and hope Starhub can fix it. (1) For programs at "Oh!K" channel, the korean dramas (Items) does not shown its title's name & episode numbers. (2) When I cast the Korean drama to Chromecast after selecting "Audio 2", the audio will revert back to "Audio 1". Also I hope the app allow user to set the preferred language/audio in the app settings, example: let user to choose English, Chinese or Native language. If it's Korean movie/drama then it play Korean. Thks.

Ever since this app was updated there has been countless times where I was unable to login to my account showing me wrong username or password. After multiple tries and however long it takes, suddenly I will be able to login with the same credentials. Do something about it!

Have tried watching on three different devices - mobile, tablet and android TV box, none of which the video streams are in HD resolution. Only when I tried casting to chromecast connected to TV then is the quality HD. Found no settings to select the quality too. It is so weird the quality is so poor when this means of watching is supposed to be efficient and easy like watching YouTube.

Streaming is fine on wifi, but it refuse to load via mobile data on my phone, keep having playback error, but it works fine on another phone. Videos dont play the next episode automatically. And series wont rmb your audio choice. Its an ok app, and can be better. Edit: New update fixed the streaming issue :)

What did you do to the guide? The previous version was good and convenient. We could see what's showing on all channels at a glance and now you've changed it. We have to scroll the channels one by one. It is counter productive and counter intuitive and in my opinion, quite dumb. Please bring back the old. Viewers have lost much to Starhub, lost many channels yet still paying there same subscription rates. Starhub can do better for its loyal subscribers. Perhaps beta testing it first would help.

boasts to have "thousands of movies and tv shows" but the search function does not work. at all. i can type the title of a show that is by default on the home page of the app, and that show also does not appear. clearly there's something wrong. did you all even try to use the app yourselves?

After the rebranding, the app become worse to the extent of useless: 1. Unable to remember the previous login 2. UNABLE to login, very frequent! 3. Uninspiring layout, missing catch up program that is subscribed StarHub, in the face of fierce competition like Netflix, Apple TV, Disney TV and not to mention free (and legal) programmes you can get if one uses Android TV, this is what you done to yourself. You better close shop already! You'll see what happen when my contract ends

Never thought that after rebranding and updating to the new version, everything will go haywire. Instead of improving our viewing experience, Starhub has made it worse. But the most disappointing thing that saddened me is that Starhub have removed H2 Channel which is my favourite channel. This is not the first time they have removed my favourite channel. They have removed Discovery as well before. No, this is too much. Time to make a switch to a Telco that has Discovery and H2 channels.
