Starion Bank Personal Banking

Irritated. I have banked with starion for years. And have never had any problem. I've also loved the use of the app. But recently I have been unable to use it. Every time I open it it's a blank white screen and nothing else. I've checked for software updates. I have cleared caches. I have restarted my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Fix whatever bug this is!!

Simple and convenient to use app

The app had been good up until recently. I'm unable to log in getting an error to call for assistance. Workaround is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It works for awhile then it crashes again. I do have an android phone. Please fix this issue

It's fast and easy to use

Worked great for months! Then system demanded a update. Update failed. Called bank twice, polite but useless. Now, I am on electronic banking, with no way to use it, can't check balance and have no bank statements. Opinion of this place drops continuously since they became a bank. Starion, we "vacume" more. (I miss the Starion Credit Union). 25 Feb 2020 still not working, starting on request a new download. Hope this version works.

Was using app until I got a s22 samsung now it doesn't work. Called twice was told they are working to fix problem. It's been 3 weeks.

super hard to sign up, locked out easily, validation failing, security question confirmation system is garbage, disconnecting and the list goes on. literally easier to drive to the bank than use this trash

It keeps telling me I'm submitting 2 copies of the front of my check even though I am not. This has been going on for years. Once every 3-4 months it will actually work.

I like the ability to deposit checks electronically and to use my fingerprint to sign on. Very convenient!

I really like the depositing money and being able to transfer funds externally. The upgrades keep improving the app.

The app is simple to use yet carries a fair amount of features. Mobile check deposit does have a fairly low limit so be sure to review this before you leave the bank.

Constant errors trying to open app, then works fine sometimes. No rhyme or reason for it.

The app was doing awesome before this update. I've been using the mobile deposit, don't really like the vibes I get at the bank, please fix it 🥺

I just upgraded to the Galaxy S22ultra and my app will not work. I'm really freaking out because I do all my bill paying on this app!!!!!!! HELP!!!

Easy bank transfers. Simple user friendly format. Does not allow check deposits.

Nine times out of ten the app tells me to call for assistance when trying to open. Very annoying

Easy to navigate and remembers your username.

Would not let me in with downloading update now update install just sits at "pending" tried for 4 days now and still unable to access my account.

"An error has occurred. Please call for assistance." Is a message that you'll end up seeing more often than your bank balance.

Not always the easiest to get in to but overall a good app
