Great Service! Appreciate the ease of switching or having to cancel reservations when life happens.
I really love this app when it works. However, sometimes it does not load properly and it's easy to confuse which cinema I choose my movie on. Other than that, I love it.
So convenient to purchase tickets ahead of time and skipping the lines outside so we have more time to get snacks and get to our seats inside. The app is easy to use. I would highly recommend it.
Everything else is okay. But any time I try to open the QR code. The whole thing shuts down. I've emailed a bunch of times and still havent got a response. The only work around is to give your phone # to the concessions desk.
Easy to book. The booking fee would better if it were a little cheaper. Each theater should be listed prior to picking the movie.
Purchased early bird ticket at wrong theater. Found no way to get past "error" message to process $5 refund. After that, I find it extremely simple and easy to pay for tickets at my local Starlight theatre in Whittier.
Easy to use. Check show times, available seating, check reward points, and order tickets all on one app! If you're a frequent Starlight Cinemas goer this app is a must!!!

App is great. Let's me see seating and fees. But there's no way to add gift card to purchase ticket, still need to go to cashier to purchase. Hope they update this feature. But app is good like also watching the trailers.
