One suggestion would be to improve the UI experience. Basic search function is so irritating. Big fan of Tata and do support as much as I can but would certainly suggest you to improve how a product can be searched in your app. Eg. While searching for tomato, you have to type in tomato with some suggestions below. But after selecting the suggestions the product won't show up. Rather you have to click on search again to proceed with that search. Refer to how Flipkart UI is in terms of search.
Good website I liked it it's very much helpful for us to buy each and everything what we want in one place and the delivery person is also quite good and understanding 😊 but the one problem in this is we won't get any huge or good discount to buy anything I think we need to pay little bit more money but any how it was a very good experience while purchasing and got my all the product safely on time but the product shown in the image are very good and I received little bit bad product 😞
My order did not dispatch even after it was packed and I waited for the whole day even after the time slot I had booked. The team did not bother to inform me where my order was. It's been more than 5 days after cancellation of my order and I still did not recieved it. I am really disappointed. You even cannot find any contact number to conveniently call them.
poor service. I was asked by customer service to cancel my first order since there was no option to update the address. after cancelling when i tried to make a new order,i was not allowed to use the earlier coupons. it seems their system isn't able to understand that the coupon wasn't used as the order was cancelled. also customer care cannot give a new coupon or reactivate old coupon.
Horrible experience. First order itself did not receive. Plus the contact number of person given, he is saying he is on holiday and that I should talk to customer service. Where is customer service number? Even the issues submitted twice in the app and insted of helping, they did not contact at all but cancelled the order. Horrible worthless app. Never ever use this app.
My first experience with star Quik is good. I recommend to cancel delivery charge as other competitors are delivering free of cost and price of product should be competitive as lots of options are available in the market. I expect better offers for regular orders.
Most rotten service from StarQuick. I was delivered an item less. I called the delivery man, but he ran away. I called Cust. Service any number of times & got no response. In fact, the customer service does not service customers at all. It just does not function. Very poor in delivery and follow up service. Even after being promised the delivery the next day it has not come. It is now 5 days. And not even the refund has come. I wonder if the refund will happen. I can't trust StarQuick anymore.
The delivery person is always late. No compensation is given despite this. Also products are often close to expiry date. The customer care center doesn't even call back after requesting it many times!! They definitely need to improve big time!!
I had placed an order for groceries which was delivered on 7.5.22 but they had not delivered the item of rs 581 and the matter is still pending. No refund is given till date. Be careful before placing any order on this site. I had a bad experience which is still not resolved. Starquik had asked to send the details on their email. On doing so they are now saying that they have delivered the said item of Ensure 400 gm pack. This shows that the Starquik is now reliable so i delete it for me.
Can't place order as it says all slots are full always. Then you delete all the items in the cart when I open it next day. You show many offers like 75 cashback on each order for 30 days on sign up with terms and conditions but there is nowhere to check any terms and conditions, no facility to check if there is any payment offer as well. Ordering anything is like making guesses. Also you are charging 50 delivery charge I think even on 1000+ order, nowhere to check what charges you are applying.
Its really bad. Every time you have to pay delivery charges 50 rs and after that also some of the item they will not send. We have to order it again and pay more 50 rs. We have better app like grofer,zepto abd many more who don't charge customer like that and send complete order. From last two oders they send incomplete order but charged 50 rs each time. I don't like it abd i will never recommend this to anyone.
I have downloaded today only. But I have been purchasing from starquik. I find the quality to be good. Delivery is given as per schedule. Vegetables and fruits are less but quality is good. But the delivery charges are high. It could be that if we purchase for 600 delivery is free, instead of 1200. Moreover they don't have replacement offer. Once wrong product is delivered it has to be returned and order again and pay delivery charges again
While placing order, quantity in numbers may be increased, but increasing the weight option is not there. Suppose I desire to place order of 2Kgs of tomato. First I got option of 500 grams. So i placed order for 4 packets of 500 grams. Later on scrolling downwards, i found that it is available in 1 kg packing also. So i have to go back and cancel the earlier order of 4 packets. Atleast same items in different packaging may be shown in continuation..
It never, never, comes in the promised time slot. It is 100%of the time late. And you say everything is delivered... I didnt get the basil I had ordered. Your app often mentions number of items in the packet but never the weight. There is also no expiry date of products on the bill.
Very bad experience from starquick. When i ordered the products, it did not deliver on the respective day, not only that, they didnt inform about the delay of the products. It was very bad experience.
Good service. Very good process and the organization has been taking care not to generate plastic waste by altogether stopping the plastic delivery bags. One suggestion though.. the search inside the app can be improved. E.g. Rawa/suji are same then do something to show me both items when anyone searches for rawa. Same goes for Arhar/Toor/Tur, Moong/Mug.
Don't install this app and place orders. They accept the order and it goes fine when we place order and while we will be waiting for the order to deliver.. they will cancel the order in the last hour and they don't even mention the reason for cancellation... 90% of my orders were cancelled and had to wait for 5 to 7 working days to get the money credited into our payment account... I personally feel that this unethical.
Disappointing app. Address couldnt be entered easily. If errors occur, there is no 'edit' option. Contacting the delivery executive is impossible unless you know and enter the Order Number by heart. Whoever thought of this great idea! Not expected of a TATA enterprise. If there was any rating lesser than 0 star, I would give this app such rating gladly. The App shows 3 different addresses. No way to cancel them. Instead we have to cancel the order and reorder from new address. Genius truly.
I'm not even feeling to rate even a star for it. We order the items planning when we will get them as well having a trust that we will get it on that particular time. I checked the previous night everything was fine, but the next morning during the delivery day I got message that it has been cancelled. Even the customer service won't help in this anymore. Very worst , really very much dissatisfied with the app. Even if customer service can't help means there is no words to say.
Search gets us many irrelevant options. Also the SKUs of items do not appear together...so one has to scroll to get to the right quantity SKU. All SKUs of a particular item could be shown together in sequence.
Most of the time they will cancel one or more of the items in the order. Have been facing delivery issues as well with them lately. Getting damaged products on delivery.
Star quick has never fulfilled my orders in total, every time one or more items are not delivered. Their stores does not have control on stocks of the Items, as a result lot of inconvenience caused to me on every order.
The service is on the whole good. There has been instances where I have ordered buy 1 and get 1 free but ended with 1 at full rate(eg. Jeera masala,mac n cheese pops etc) customer service they ask to lodge your complaint on voice mail but no one gets back to you. Fruits like muskmelon had fungus on it and coloured capsicum were partly decayed. Its disappointing because when we place the order we assume that u take care to see what is packed. Hopefully our feedback will help.
Bad experience compared to all other delivery apps.. Firstly one order was cancelled and not notified, and when called I've been asked to place order again, that means just for one item I got to order again and pay for the delivery too... Awesome 👍👍👍 Secondly the delivery was delayed by over 2 hours.. Worst service ever Ordered for the second time and same result, disgusting service, received the order today 06/05/2022 after over 3 hours delay, spoiling the name of reputed company TATA.
Some features need to be tweaked. The otp does not come soon. Have to send request to resend the otp 10.4.2022 Trying to book my order since 1 week without success "ALL SLOTS ARE FULL" is the message i am getting when i go to checkout. Pathetic. Customer won't wait for 1 week and will order from other platforms like jiomart, big basket,dmart,etc. If you want to stay ahead in the competition you need to look into this problem asap
Worst customer service, no solution to the refund from star quick. If the Payment done through netbanking, one product will always be missing and then no refund on that...over that customer service staff only apologize, that's it,and customer if left with only option to ignore the amount been paid as no refund is processed,like this they cheat customers by not delivering 1 product from order nad keeping the money with them. Worst customer service and worst app. NEGATIVE RATINGS FOR STAR QUICK
The items put in cart vanish if order not placed same day. This is inconvenient as one puts them in cart so that one does not have to go through searching for items again and place the order later or put more than one option and then finalise while placing order later. Worse, the function of deleting or changing the item numbers does not work while you are in the cart page! So, you are forced to go back to the detailed list to delete or change number of items. It makes it very irksome & wasteful
