Once PMS call assign to technician then Customer detail not showing in PMS ticket. whenever enter the serial no. Or scan the serial no. the Obligation will change to NIC automatically. then you have to register a product first and then after call will be resolve. Also model no. Searching process speed is too slow, also all over application speed is slow. Need more improvement in app, then technician work will be speedy
I use this app there is some difficulty to submit the pm report to customer. Because for every check list customer receive the OTP. That is why they dont accept the online reports for pm activities. If a technician submit the check list send it to the customer for signature. Or change the method for signature as there is a one signature for all the reports. Develop the app like this
I purchased a Blue star AC today, called the customer care for Installation, they asked to download app. I downloaded this, asking username and password. No option for creating... Team please do the needful

Previous one was great we can see our allocate call with technician ,we can change time with technician bu in this app once alocation done we can't see the call from dealer app... Rediculas feature...
Not user friendly, keep on seeks for update but continuously fails, technician also not able to register with this app, all technicians irritating while register a unit. , May be app developers & maintenance team given this rating.
Ac purchased within one year. Once the serial number is scanned, the application becomes out of warranty. Then the technician will not be able to close the application under warranty. We need a solution to this
This application is very problematic and takes longer to close complaints.... It had a good servit which was very good, all the work was done right...... I say open the servit back....
App is automatically open ... when it's not in use Its take too much time for loading Bulk checklist complete is not closing properly...we want to close another time
Serv it was much better for vendors in the terms of processing of the app. Fuction and details to be coded are better than that but it is tooo slow in processing.
Worst app.. serv it is far far better. This app has lot of complications. It takes much time to upload data,than servicing. Need to wait aa lot after completion of service
Every time the app will loading and lot of problems we facing on call closing time. Pls fix the issues asap.
Application is wonderful and easy to report closing work and also very likely customers sign but sir please do something in this application and solve the hanging problem please sir i really so excited and i like it to use this application.
After updating the app unable to close pm tickets. Tickets are not visible in the technician portal.We are facing these kind of issues continously.

Hello Team ,this app has ,so far , not at all improved in its performance , though few updates done . This is really making lot of troubles to close a call , "SERV It" was such a simple and light app that loads faster, easy to handle. This is slower to load, ununderstable User Interface etc, Lot of improvements are needed to fix it.
