The sound and gaming experience added to nostalgia ( have this in book form in the attic somewhere) is very enjoyable. If only I could remember the right route and planets to explore.

This is a total gem, and perfect time waster if you're on a bus, train, plane, or stuck waiting somewhere, and you want to flex your Captain Kirk/Picard muscle memory from the shows.

It's ok story is kinna boring.

Those who complain that it's ripping off Trek miss the point that it was made for that audience some 30 or so years ago. Sadly good production values are all this game has & it's not worth the money. Unlike other FF books, main thrust of the story falls to the background rather quickly & it becomes a repetitive job of choosing whether or not to visit one random world after another. Other than that you have no meaningful input into the plot & it becomes uninvolving rather fast. Buy it on a deal or not at all

Yeah, this game is Yugg....i suppose. pretty much all it is is little events. And each of these events are taking straight from Star Trek. There is the very first event from voyager... then i just had the same thing happen to the captian ingame as happened to Kirk in one of the TOS episodes. Ill keep playing it to see if everything is a blatant rip. Im sad about that actually... the sorcery game that has steve jacksons name on it is phenomonal and i thought this was like that.... this is unoriginal and kinda makes me not want to get any more gamebooks. The writing in Sorcery was great and gave me tingles. The writing in this s 2nd grade and choppy. Dont get it. I wonder if all tin man games are like this... i aint gonna find out!

So great to read these books again on a digital platform. I'm a long time fan of all the original FF books and will be first in line to get more of these awesome game book apps from TMG when they're available. I'd love to see all 59 original books remade, and even the newer ones too!

Picking your crew and starship is really fun, and it is not only a hugely fun game but also a great book. Can't wait to see more FF games out soon. Well done Tin Man games!

Although this one isnt the best written, the art, battles, and level of customization (you not only roll your char, but your spaceship and crew too!). You get to pick who to take on missions, and planet combat is group on group instead of you vs everyone. Thats awesome.

From the majority of 'Fantasy' based FF books, this one (book 4) always stood out back in the day due to it's departure from the FF universe of Titan...this gave us readers a fresh new perspective for the choose-your-own adventure, a welcome one too! TMG have took that book and brought it up to date with new art and combat system to match, making it even tighter than the original. (as for those who say it's a Star Trek rip off, your comments need directing towards Steve Jackson NOT Tin Man Games!)

This was never my favourite FF book growing up, but in playing it now, it's a lot of fun :) brings back great memories. The developers have done an awesome job with the graphics and overall atmosphere of this gamebook :)

Really fun, but still haven't won in spite of best efforts, nothing I learn in game is never enough and I always fail anyway. Wonderful otherwise.

I especially like the battle system, it feels modern and suitable for the device. Seriously good job with these books

Like most FF, it's not remotely fair, but still fun. The presentation and sound is perfect. I'm happy to rediscover this many years after I first read the paperback.

I really love the page turns. Made me smile. I remember playing this book many years ago.

Great design and quality but suffers from a weak story. Star Trek fans will rejoice, though

One of the more difficult books, not as enjoyable because the combat is quite unwieldy. Still worth downloading bit try the other ones first. The storyline was also a bit monotonous.

One of my favourites in the FF catergory. To those that say the start has similarities with voyager. This was written long before voyager. This book was the first type of star trek rpg that was on the market.

This was the first sci-fi Fighting Fantasy book from the early 80's - and a great nod to the beloved 60's Star Trek. The new artwork looks amazing. Well done Tin Man!

Another great Gamebook by Tinman. This is a fighting fantasy Gamebook and is very much like star trek. Love how you can select your crew. Presentation is amazing as usual.

A faithful conversion of an old FF book. Unfortunately not a good one. You begin by creating a long list of stats and characters that you will never use. Then you make decisions based on pure guesswork (blue planet or green planet?). Then it ends by telling you "You lose and you'll never know why."

Purchased 2 of these as soon as I found they were available - both ones I didn't complete back when I was a wee lad. Loving reliving my youth !! Good work

Awesome, loved it!

Once bought you do not get the 15 min refund time so be sure you want this game. The combat is luck based and the stories really are taken from Star Trek.
