Start ASL 1 Class App

This app is great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because in my opinion there is room for a little improvement. 1 it would be great if we could turn the phone on its side so we can make the videos bigger and 2 if there were a "slow" button for the videos, I know that they are trying to immerse the viewer but honestly I find it a hindrance not to be able to slow it down and analyze what they're signing at times. Overall great job though.

Love this app. It's easy to learn asl from this. Only thing is the blond girl in the blue shirt really gotta slow down. I can never tell what the heck she's saying lol

If you can't get the asl app, you should toatly get this app. This app reallly awesome, it lets you download the activities workbook for free! LOVE IT! WOULE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

Why won't it let me restore???...I downloaded it to my new phone and it is saying payment unsuccessful when I try to restore the unlocked portions!!!

I like this app but am curious, do you have to spend 4.99 per additional unit or is it 4.99 for all the units after 4? I'd like to know before purchasing.

Just finished unit 2 and I have learned a lot. It's better than most ASL apps I've tried. In the numbers video/quiz it was hard to see of the lady was signing 6 or 7 because it wasn't very clear and you can't slow down the video. I don't mind the ads because it's a quality app and I didn't have to pay for it. Considering buying the other units.

I really like the format of it, and I managed to learn 3 signs before the videos stopped loading 😧 I tried restarting my phone, but it still wouldn't work... otherwise it deserves 5 stars.

I am barley learning to do sign language and every app wasnt good until i found this app i tried it out before purchasing...and when i finally did purchase it i go to click on one of the videos it just stays on the loading screen..please help me out...I even tried deleting it and still nothing..im will give 5 stars but i just wasted 5 dollars..please fix...

This app is great! It pushes me to try try again! I've wanted to learn sign language for a little while now. And I started watching this show called Switched At Birth! That show pushed me to learn diffrent things, such as Sign Language! And I decided to take a look at my app store..I searched and searched for apps and this caught my eye (classes) I thought wow this could be fun, and good at the same time! So I looked at maybe 2-3 reviews and and ratings and they were mostly good! So I got the app! (Get it)

This is a good app. But the text doesn't load and the text does help with learning. The video portions are good.

Wish you could slow the signing some signs are almost to fast to see correct form also voice explanation of signs might be helpful as well as a way to go from one sign to the next without having to go back to previous screen and a way to mark sign got it or need to work or something like that.

I have been on the sight and thought of buying the offline version but I felt the app would work better. I wish I could buy all the units off my phone in a cheaper bundle but there isn't an option for it. Or if there is I have yet to find it.

Easy to navigate and good for beginners. Only thing I would say is that for beginners the fingerspelling is quite fast.

I am a full member on the website, bronze membership, but when I log on I don't have access past unit 3.

You might advise somewhere that you need a account first to use this.

I did the fist two lessons and I bought the upgrade but it won't let me into any of the other lessons?!?

Easy to navigate. Videos are good. Cant stand all the frequent ad pop ups. Frustrating and distracting.

Keeps telling me my email is invalid on every email I have.. can't even get in to start

Been out of practice for a while but now with this I'll be back on my signing in no time!

I learned SO much from this app. It is super clear, right to the point, and great for beginners! But, the only down fall it has is you have to pay for the lessons after the second lesson. If you have the money I would highly recommend that you buy it. The first two lesson are great though.

It is very simple with only 10 things in each lesson after two you have to pay for it. Goto lifeprint on youtube it is free and WAAAYYYY better

I have tried repeatedly with different email addresses but it keeps showing invalid email address. ------Update --------- I got a quick response from the IT team. It works well now. Thank you for all your help.

Says all of my emails are invalid-which is bs. So I can't use the app.
