UNRELIABLE. It works (which is why it doesn't get zero stars) but notifications are not reliably pushed through to my phone. It is not acceptable for a doctor to hear about someone trying to call you an hour after they have called. So now I obsessively check this app to make sure I didn't miss a page. Lack of notification has happened to me at least 3 times so far this week.
in the middle of call this app logged out and refused to log me back in stating connectivity issues. All other apps on my phone continued working and recieving data/wifi no problem. turning off the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app did not work. if fact it still doesn't work.
Not user friendly. When you tap the help, it just shows the app version. Customer ser is horrible. On hold 10 minutes, then said they would call me back. 45 minutes later, still no call. Called back, another 10 m8nites hold. Finally got Josh who was very knowledgable and helpful. Old app was better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
app needs to be tested extensively before being used live for physican notifications. there have been constant log in issues, lack of timely notifications, and delayed messaging between service and physicians. this app meets the bare minimum criteria for HIPAA secure messaging while sacrificing quality and convenience. if we cannot resolve the issues we will need to switch our answering services to another vendor.
This is the worst app I've ever used. It logs you out, loses your information, and when you try to call customer service you are re-routed multiple times until you get a voicemail no longer accepting any messages because it's full. Will be petitioning my hospital to use a different service for call as I am clearly not the only one suffering from their incompetence.
Message not always received. Help button just gives version number. This is bad if you are on call and are not receiving messages.
Dog doo on my shoe is a more pleasant experience than using this app. Or I should say trying to use the app, as it is basically nonfunctional. Fire whoever in your organization who thinks its a good idea to message clinicians with this waste of time and money
This app never wants to open and now it is telling me my login info is incorrect when it hasnt changed at all!
Easy to get complete information in an instant and keep HIPAA compliance. Fantastic that data can be wiped remotely and makes communication much easier.
Bad app. Just like others, logged out and can't get in. Can't use this while i am on call
teriyaki chicken soup recipe is great to have one for sale in the shop to get them.

I tried to log in and I forgot my password. There's no option at all to reset your password. This is a terrible app. update: recently I tried the open the message and the app froze and would not let me open anything. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to send the message through. Looking at the reviews, they all are negative. Fix this app!
Unreliable, which is a big problem taking after hours emergency calls for our business. Crashes frequently on my Android phone, including the 'fixed' update. The notification customization and reminders are nice.
i like that i can use on my phone or with web portal!
This app is Now not working at all since the most recent update. I'm on call for work and required to be answering the phone message immediately. But I never get notifications on the app. And all my settings on the phone or correct. Now I have to wake up in the middle of the night and open the app up to see if there's a waiting messages for me. Now I'm even getting much less sleep than I did before because now I'm worried that I'm not getting any of the messages.
Very unreliable. I've used the previous SSM app and works great. With SSM+, messages do get received, but I often get no notification. Have to run app every 10 minutes to check if any new messages have come in. Otherwise get angry phone call -- "why aren't you answering you messages?"
Absolute garbage, uses this app while on call, messages sometimes get delayed 30-40 min while a different phone works just fine. Worst of all we get balmed for not responding calls on time.
So far it is working out okay. Administered by my on call service. I would like the notification sounds to be more attention grabbing. Sometimes in the middle of the nights the quiet notifications don't wake me up. Should have option to notify even if phone is on silent.
Initially working fine but has been getting worse. Have had messages delayed by over 24 hours in the past few months.

I installed.. it asks for username & password but no way to create them
Horrible app. Unreliable! Pros: You can do mass deletion. Previous version you had up go into each message to delete. You can customize notification tone. Has one touch reply Phone calls can be made right from the message received. Cons: Messages come through late. doesn't matter if your on WiFi the app will notify you then spend up to a hour downloading information. You can no longer highlight a message and share it to a maps app. Best feature of the old version now gone. So many cons
