Great experience. Best part is you learn a lot about the company registering process. The support staffs very systematic/agile in their approach. The only problem I faced was submitting the same documents again and again for different processes. Its a good idea to introduce a cloud management dashboard where entrepreneurs, Account managers and startupwala services should be listed. A cloud space vital too for customers to upload/download data.

The service provided has been a smooth experience. They advise the clients with the detailed methodology so there is no confusion or miscommunication. Poor service. I chose this app for brand registration, the team convinced me to continue with brand name that was already registered with some other company even when I was ready to change my brand name. My application and appeal got rejected and I lost lot of money. *From all the reviews here I understand it isn't just my case, they do this with everyone.

They're misleading people by giving wrong information. After one month of getting confirmation that my application has been approved, I received an objection from trademark register office and now they want me to pay 2k more apart from what I've paid to them in the beginning. Moreover chances are there that I've to go for a hearing any pay them another 5k.

I got interested in hiring start-up wala looking at their registration cost and additional services. Once I began the process, I had to follow up with my CA repetitively, he would not answer my calls, had to drop emails after emails, I faced a really bad customer experience! I am not pleased and will not recommend it to others.

Very bad service. Earlier they were good and I have used their service many times. But now they do a lot of mistakes in paper work which is reflecting bad on my company. I did GST registration, LLP registration of both my companies. Please stay away from them as they will do silly mistakes in filling DSC to all small task. I regret working with them.

Extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring towards clients' concerns once the payment is made. They don't answer calls or reply to emails after you've paid. They'll get back to you at their will, most often in the last moment. If you question them hard, they turn haughty and arrogant. With all this joy, my work wasn't even done. Lost my money, time and energy with this bunch of frauds.

Worst experience. They took 5k for attending the hearing of my trademark application but did not attend the hearing at all. Not for once they did this twice with me. Never pick up call after payment. Reply in email occasionally. Duped all my money. Guys keep away from this fraud company. They will only loot your money and not give any service.

will not recommend. they just do copy paste robotic job and very mechanical (without application of mind) in their approach. They didn't suggest us challenges in choosing a trade mark name and it has got stuck. They only care about their revenue and dont provide any quality service.

Deserves zero star. Took one year for company registration.. Seriously one whole year... Now we want to change directors and that process is still pending since 1.5 years.. Asking extra charges (what people call as bribel for completing the process.. Seriously withing this time and with ao much money one can easily do it all offline.. I wish

This is a worst site. These people especially (Abhijith) one of the agent constantly called me and mailed me regarding payment and after I paid the complete amount for trademark registration, they didn't even called me or updated me regarding my registration. When I tried to call them they rejected my call and blocked my phonecall. Is this the way to treat customers? Please don't trust them. It's a worst experience ever.

Nothing with the app, but this startupwala is just an other stuppid service, they dont call you, they dont answer your calls and your registration is never done.when you ask refund of your fee ,they dont do that either. Bunch of thieves. I suggest no one to pqy your valuable money to these guys . You can get the same work done at any other place for very cheap and fast.

Worst service, I've applied a trademark application in December 20, It has objected then I paid for legal reply. But now 8 month passed, no any updation. I called many times to legal team and sales team but none picked up the call.

Paid for trademark. It got objected. Then paid for legal attorney fee. It has been 3 years now. Everytime i call they tell me call some other number. Spoke to abhijit, ashish, satyajeet and many more time on customer support as well. But all went in vain. After 6months When i check for brand name. Someone else had applied for the same brand. Now my application is refused & If other person application get accepted. Then this compny should get the hall of fame for services. Worst service provider
