Example: If a customer takes a loan of ₹10,000 for a period of 3 months, at an annual interest rate of 11.99% APR, then the customer will pay an EMI for 3 months of ₹3,400 per month. Total payment over 3 months will be ₹10,200* (including principal and Interest).

First work on your customer's support. I have been using this card for the last 5 months and none of the months has gone without any technical glitch. moreover, for none of the tickets I have ever got a call within 24 hours which is mentioned in your app and not a single has been resolved within 24 hours. Just thinking what is your customer retention rate with this kind of pathetic customer service.And one more thing is you just change the status of tickets as resolved without resolving it.
Worst customer care and support system. I have added the fund . It's been more than 7 days but still haven't received the amount in account. The EMi got generated. There is no support from the customer care. Have raise ticket and called a number of times but the issue not yet resolved. Fed up of the system.
There is lot of technical issues there. Whenever i tried to transfer my approved loan amount to bank account amount deducted from this and not transferred to my bank account and it shows wait for 7 days for to load amount again. Same i error I'm getting second time..one more thing is There is no contact us service means they put a option but no response from their team... They said whenever we raise a ticket issue resolved in 24 hours i raise ticket last week its till in open.....
I'm using stashfin credit line from last four months. Actually I was update the mobile application through play store but unfortunately mobile application not working. So I was uninstalled the application and again download but the application is not install. I'll attached the screenshot for your reference. So kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you
I had experience Worst from this app, I uploaded all the documents and had good credit score, than also it says that, we are not able to approve your application at this time, I have tried many times but the same reason I got. now tell me at what time you will accept my application. or I should leave the hope that you people are going to approve.
I got loan from the app. It's real app. But from the last 1 month it's showing. Your application submitted successfully. You will receive a decesion shortly. I don't know what is the reason. i am not able to load my card or transfer to bank account . I am trying this from about 3 days . Still facing samr issue.just because of your poor services . And i am facing this issue continuously.and you guys are not able to resolve it . Every time it takes 48-72 hours to solve ... but it's never happen... Very bad experience! There is no one to resolve any issues. I ve never seen such an ignorance towards their customer and can't resolve the issue, it's like just keeping the App in our phone and when got boredom just open the app and pass the time and logout. Do not use this app, no use, only you will have to waste your valuable time.
Fraud app, don't try to install it. They charge you unnecessarily and when you raise a ticket for clarification, no one contacts or call back. The chat option is useless. All they know is asking to rate it in the play Store without even resolving the issues. One of the worst app I tried in my life.
Earlier it was good app. But, Now service quality gone poor. Loan started but amt not credited. No customer care support. There is no any customer care contact number. Only ticket issued for problem in app. But no one care about the resolution.
Its one of few apps which get you timely financial support. UI of app is friendly and its very easy to avial credit line, also customer support is great and they contact for regular feedback. Till date i am impressed with services and support. Keep up the good work team. Thanks.
Not sure why there are negative reviews. This app definitely works & approves. No doubt they take a lotttt of time calling and collecting & reviewing docs but if all the docs are in place they do approve and provide a credit line which can be transferred to the bank account. Downside is u can only transfer 30k to your bank account in one day. And the charges & interest is also very high. But if you need the money & are ok with the charges and interest then just go ahead with proper docs. Tks
Worest service and not useless... High intrest rates, prossesing fee also too much prices, And need to load before using every time, Not a credit card, not a atm 🏧, it's Just A loan but..! Given option application then trough atm or swipe.. It's useless Im not satisfied this card or app
Stashfin application is working very perfect . At the moment I have it installed my phone to use it . In a very short time it accepted my loan request and gave the loan . I have been using this app since very long time and i dont have any issue in past but now when i close my loan account it shows we dont have any offers for you, But still i get 4-5 messages daily that please upload your bank statement you are eligible for credit line card, but never shows any offers, If you dont want to give loan stop those non sense messages daily.
Easy and convenient loan transfer in few hours interest rates are also on lower side. processing fee was wavied. I had heard about stashin credit line but never downloaded the app today in deed I was looking for loan and it flashed in mind. Instantly I got loan credited to my account
Stashfin is one of the apps that helped me in bad time and gave me a limit of 1.5 lacs which I was able to transfer to my Bank account and payback in installments but for past few months the app is not working so smoothly. Now the option of transfer funds to account has been discontinued and moreover when I am trying to use credit limit it is showing error that the technical issue will get solved in 2 days. Try to understand Stashfin people who use these apps don't usually have days to wait.
This is really good app.get approved with minimum documents. Easy to use and easy access to your approved limit. You can use it without any issue. You can use it for one month without any interest. When required you can convert into emi hassle-free.
I took loan 6 times and paid them all on time, every time i re-apply i faced issues with your app and it had solved with time (within a week) this time its been two months since the issues with your app arised but, it remains unsolved. Issue is every time i open your app it asks for e kyc completion i did the same for more than 100 times. Yet it asks for the same... Facing a worst experience, no contact information also given.. thing which you have to consider is, it happens for
24 % interest per year for emi is heavy compared to other bank which offer 13% interest and every time we need to load money before using the virtual card. its totally irritating when we are in emergency situation and also after loading money when we are not used also it will refllect in the billl. absolutely nonsense credit card. only the advantage is cash can be drawn in atm without interest. that is not a major advantage coz almost now a days all the transactions are done through online. if anyone opt for emi it is their biggest mistake. compared to other banks this bank top up high emi. very dangerous.
I switched my device from vivo to samsung and now I am not able to download this app just to use this platform I have to switch my simcard to some other mobile as you don't have any website interface also my 11k is been stuck and no customer service at all . Please no matter you people are in urgency of money but do not use stashfin service.
Its been 8 days i had applied for new loan after clearing my old loan 3 days early,there is a credit line card approved and couldn't activate card when i tried several times it shows inavalid card number, even i have virtual card number but it couldn't,and why these kind of issues always facing from your end and also there is no customer care support number for contact to resolve the issues,very complicated loan application i have ever seen,totally my patience exhausted..
I have taken loan and repaid in time. Now I am getting remainders daily for the credit line, but I have not received any card. There is no response from the customer service even after raising a ticket and my mails are not being accepted. Don't ask me to contact the customer service because it is of no use. I will not be paying anything. Stop sending reminders and check the details before sending a reminder.
I am not able to generate the PIN for the card I raise the ticket in the app in this regards. But every day. They resolved the ticket and no solution is provided. Very disappointed with Stashfin. Once I withdraw my funds, I want to close it. Totally wastage of time.... Customer support service is also very poor. No support service is provided. No customer care number.
