The app is constantly crashing every time I try to open it to look at my trips the app crashes I can't do anything without it crashing I can open the app and see the dashboard but as soon as I touch anything it crashes this has been going on for several months now...
The slightest slowdown scores against you. The app almost incentivizes you to run yellow lights on those fast cycle traffic lights. One brake and you take forever to get your score up. Sometimes your score drops a point and no new event even registers.
I cannot use this app at all. It crashes constantly and immediately. The website is no better with enormous lag between clicks and some functions don't work at all.
Just put the device in my car today downloaded the app and the app keeps crashing. Plus the app was draining my battery. Uninstalled immediately, until they fix the issues will not use it.
Installed and looked at the events etc. Lol did I really leave State Farm for this? It shows 2 events already 1 hard acceleration 1 hard braking. 1 sec and only going 3-7 mph?????? Does not seem to account for correct speed limits and many other factors and we have had it in for 4 days!!!!! Concerned is a very conservative answer!!!!
Apparently, the developer and State Auto don't read these reviews. I just installed these devices on my car and so far I've been able to use the app a few times. Hopefully, the money they are saving on this unusable app will be passed on to us, the consumers.
The device has not recorded any trips for over a week but still calculates a score. Also it constantly says the servers are down. This app isn't worth the savings
I installed it on Aug 1 2020. I was able to enter my login details. After that app crashes. I've tried everything. It won't even open anymore. Complete garbage.
I'm liking the fact that I can see what I'm doin wrong... but we are in vacation in Texas... the speed limit is 85mph in some places and most others its 70mph... let's just say my score has dropped 40+points and we aren't done yet... and it started me out at -1.. said I had an event but wouldn't tell me why
This is by far the crappiest app I have EVER used since the invention of the smart phone. Haven't been able to log in for a week. Just pay the higher insurance premium and save yourself the trouble.
The app has never worked. It's the absolute worst app I've ever seen and used! If I could give it less than 0 stars I would. I would be extremely embarrassed if I was State Auto.
Used this app about a year ago and it worked fine but since this year 2020 reinstalled the app and it open and close frequently. Works better if you just go direct to website and login.
If you have trouble with this app not running rite. Download (OCTO FLEET) This is the same app carrier but no issues!!
Same as others. Crashes after putting in the login info. Is anybody listening? 360 Fleet also crashes.
I'd be able to give a review if the app would ever work... I put my login info in and it says app has stopped. Cant even see my score to decide if it's worth using...
It would be nice if the app kept you logged in rather than you having to sign in all the time.
Crashes no matter what I do. There should be no reason this app is running like a college coding project, your an insurance company.

This app is a complete embarrassment! It crashes before it even opens. Horrible. I wonder what it cost for the insurance company to hire the world's worst app developer?

It used to work. Now crashes when you try to open it.
It is reporting more events than what I've actually had. I've manually counted the reported events and there are at least 10 out of 80 that are not there. I've noticed that sometimes it will report an event when I'm just opening the application even though there have been no recent events. It also did not start ne out at 100 points and seems like my score counts to counterpoint even when I've had no events for days. It does not seem accurate.
