Right now it's totally useless, all it says is it can't connect to the Internet. Whatever was on the last update needs to go back cause all its doing right now is taking up space on my phone. Fix it
I can't make this work. It continues to say I'm offline. Support was no help either. Please contact and fix this.
I have multiple accounts and I use to be able to see update information. This app has turned HORRIBLE WITHOUT A DOUBT. UNINSTALL COMPLETELY!!!!!

This app is frustrating sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
It's very frustrating that it works Monday to Wednesday but Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday it's always not working or they're working on the website or working on the app or something is wrong this is very frustrating I love the bank but this application is completely pointless if it never works this application is seriously making me consider changing Banks it's 2017 get your s*** together
I have to call every other week to reset my password when I use this app...
Not able to make a deposit to my savings account. I can my checking but not savings. I have to deposit into my checking then transfer it over to my savings. How dumb is that?
I like this app bc it's a great way to keep up with my acct activity, BUT, it doesn't include my loan acct...WHY NOT???? 5 stars if it did

I have requested that the developer tell me why they need access to my contact list in order to use this app. Seems to me to be an unreasonable requirment for a banking app. If I receive a reasonable reason I will update the number of stars; otherwise, I'll delete the app.
App will not accept my sign on information.
You redesigned the entire app and still didn't fix the one complaint that I had with it. Maybe you have a reason and if so I would love to hear it. Why can't we see the balance next to the pending transactions? I can't see what my available balance is. If that were fixed I would give this app 5 stars. ----3/27. Thank you. These are the changes I've been waiting for.
Like the app but it would be really nice if it could store my sign in name/ID so the only input would be the password.
I will not be updating so you can gain access to information you do not need. Invasion of privacy. I will gladly delete this app.
The updated version of the State Bank mobile app is great! I can view my available balance and make transfers to each account! Very pleased with this app State Bank
I love it. I been with State Bank last 16 years. I never have problem and best costumer service always.

Why do you want to read my contacts? It's not going to happen.
Downloaded this thinking I could check my account info faster. Yet there's no available balance, transactions take forever to post,and once again does not show available balance. I do not keep a check book nor my receipts. I rely on online banking for this. Going through the full site takes so long
I expected the app to have most if not all of the functionality of the online site. This updated version does not let you see your available balance, does not let you see pending transactions and does not let you see transactions outside of the statement period. I will continue going to the online site.

After the upgrade, this is the best app over 6 others banks!!
