Pathetic app SBI is providing!! It keeps showing 'Technical issues' when I try to login, and when I finally managed to login and do two transactions, I realised that the amount was deducted from my account but the amount was not credited to the beneficiary. Called up customer care and they informed, it's because of 'Technical issues'. What can be worse than this kinda service.
Need to inprove a lot! (1)Its so annoying that every single time you are asking to rate your application when we log out. (2) Login through biometrics is added which is a good update,but there should be same window/screen in this option,means it is not fare that if we login through biometrics we can't transfer fund above certain limit and not able to see the passbook. In short,there should be same window/screen weather we login through biometrics/mpin/id-password. Please do the needful!!
App is good funtions well, but opens rarely.. whenever I have an urgency to pay or operate the app, it shows error message showing "we are having technical issue, pls try again later"... Everyday nearly 10 times I face this issue... Now also I have to make an urgent NEFT to a client and this app is showing the same error... Don't know what kind of rubbish technical team this bank has hired which can't solve the problem once and for all...
The worst app any bank can create. I have tried many times to register. But couldn't. Everytime it says connection failure or wrong MID. And technical problems if suceed in SMS stage. Screenshot can't be taken as you have programmed like that. So no question of sharing Screenshot.
Of late it has become worst app. Every time I want to login it says new updates available but the updates fail to install. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall though installation download is 100% completed even then it came back on install screen again. It happened again and again. Even after my adverse review in this regard no technical support coming to rectify the fault.
I don't know why I am not able to log in, when I am trying to send message through registered mobile number it always display as " Failed to initiate SMS Verification process. Kindly try after sometime".. It's really pathetic to read this message all the time.. Request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
For easy to use and very helpfull. But so much verified like profile pswrd, password quantity it's very tough. Mainly it's always showing under maintenance it's very irritated when ever we opened for emergency. Not only phone application also in ATM machines Always. Please try to keep asap.
I am literally fed up now. What is this? Always When I try to open app,most of the time it shows that"We are facing some technical problems.Try after some time". Again & again shows same.continuity of this issue for so long is disappointing.Look into the matter & do the needful at earliest.
I am using this app since it was launched. But few days ago when I got a notification "update the new version". Since that day(Apr.30, 2022) it was not opening. Whenever I want to use this app, it was not opening.. as well as it shows that same notification "update the new version" only. What can do now? Please solve my app opening problem.... Thanks.
Don't recognise Esim on mobile for device verification/registration, It is very pathetic in the era of technology. one side you are saying that you are doing best in tech while you don't pay heed to basic thing. It's been very long time look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
Having an huge coverage and one of the largest bank, i would say it has the worst app ever, from past 5-6 months whenever i try to open the app it says we are facing technical issue, even after keeping the application updated, even the bank branch couldn't help for this, it gets difficult even to check the passbook when the app is not working cause the passbook printing machine always prints errors and mistakes, worst app and service from bank.
Worst version... multiple user login was best feature...now that feature is disabled. Now every time try to login,"can't open the app due to technical problem",this messages flash....last week i did two transactions and both were failed...every time displayed timeout and money deducted from my account....and same transaction successfully done using internet banking.....
From last few weeks app is not able to use. Always showing we are having some technical issues please try again later. I tried to reinstall also no use. Don't know what kind of verification is going on by app developers.
Very poor app. Limited fingerprint option. So many features are disabled for highly secure fingerprint option. This should be other way around. Password option should have limited features. Fingerprint login should have all features.
Very Bad Experience. I had been using it . Suddenly started crashing . Now in installed it and installed it again but it keeps loading . I am sure devolopers will reply me, pls send your problem and blah blah Email I'd. SBI pls interospect. How other bank apps are working and where your are still stuck .
Good service , good app but in some area it may need bug fix in this new version ,every time i login it needs to attempt 2 or more times for successful login every time there is a pop up " due to TECHNICAL problems we are not unable to process ...." I still waiting for your improvement in future.
After lots of update, you can't fix "we have technical issues" this issues is happening when you open app or just login with easy pin. Then your app shuts down and you have to open again to login again. It's so annoying.😤😡
App is guving truble When going to open it is saying that some updates are available,while goung to download option comes open. While clicking on open,it again going on download and same repeating but app is not opening. What is the problem with this app ? Facing from last 3 days. Please resolve the issue how i may open this app?
Felt Safe and Secure. Haven't faced any technical problems so far. A lot of functions may be available but haven't experienced them all. Using only the main basic required ones. Thanks.
Where is all the money going earned by the bank instead of maintaining servers infrastructures? All day you see, We are having a technical issue, try later. Does the bank forgot to issue the budget to IT? Pathetic! Date- 08/05/2022 You would not be able to do anything about it if i share screenshots and all that. Also, if you can do, atleast remove the option to rate your app dialogue pop-up which apepars everytime log out from the app. Your app isn't worth rating.
Edited... Worst experience faced with this update. As a NRI I have to bear more charges for sms during activation. I have tried two times but faced some technical issues. Just lost my money for this unconventional login method. Edited after rectifying my issue.
Good, Easy to transfer money and as well other features as well. But sometimes their will be technical issue error arises while we open the app, so please resolve it early stage..
Have some shame guys. Look at the comments section to understand since when users are facing "We are facing a technical issue". It's been close to an year and you still haven't been able to fix it. Any programmer would have designed a new app from scratch in this time. You are India's biggest govt Bank and still haven't been able to fix this issue. Such a shame. You should all be fired and blacklisted from software community
The features are great but the app is most often down. It says Technical issue try later most of the time, which is something so unexpected of a banking platform that too India's largest. Also on requesting yono cash from this lite app it often fails to send the sms. Yono cash request works fine in yono app but not in this lite app
Unable to login from last 6 months as when selecting the sim it shows failed to initiate sms verification, try after some time... Fedup with this app... Not able to do any transaction with it...
Not happy with this App. When trying to use it, it is showing update it. When I click on pop-up for update. It is not showing update button. It shows open and uninstall.
Worst app. Whenever i need to use the app..its showing..We are facing technical issue. Please try again later..the big joke of this app is..its happens only when we need to use the app. Especially the first week of every month. And its one of the biggest Banking in India.
Initially it was very fast app. But for the last more than 8 months, when I try to open app, most of the time it is indicated that "WE ARE FACING SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. TRY AFTER SOME TIME". Continuity of this issue for so long is very disappointing. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I also request the Management to consider restarting provision of viewing several accounts details in YONO LITE SBI - MOBILE BANKING APP at one place. Thanks for overall performance.
