why sbi quick app has been discontinued ?

This app never working properly, special on very important transaction, always some errors occur on money transferring, I'm try to transferring 20000 /- three times but something's problem every times like error or otp is not received on time .totally worst service experience , I m using mobile banking of three banks but this sbi freedom is the worst one
I downloaded this app but it is not allowing to log me in.My sbi account is registered with one number and I lost that sim card.The response from the home branch is too worst.Whenever I call to the home branch land line number they are lifting the phone but there is no response from them.I wasted so much money on them.I never thought sbi as of this kind.
I hadn't updated this app for a while and would carry on all the transactions using SMS cos it always worked for me; simple, fast and effective. Now that it can be used using the Internet so it's just gotten better but the catch here is you'll have to register/change mpin every time you switch from SMS mode to GPRS mode which I think is the worst part. I haven't done any transactions using the updated app thru SMS but I just hope it works.
User ID is automatically generated, i can't change the user id also auto generated id is very difficult to remaining. And always showing password error, all other bank mobile banking apps user friendly and easy to use but SBI freedom app not like that, i never expected from this, dear SBI team please fix this or stop publishing this app...
This app has a very simple interface and allows you to perform basic banking tasks like transferring money, recharging mobile/dth, requesting passbook besides allowing user to check balance and view mini statement. The only problem is when SBI network is down or busy that is when you feel frustrated as it happens quite regularly. Otherwise a great app.
I installed this app n follow all steps. When login it shows visit branch/atm for registration where as I approach branch n customer care both r unable to solve the problem. This app is totally waste if not user friendly. SBI staff aap apna majak kab tak banate rahoge. Learn something from private banks
Charging money for IMPS is really a worst step.atleast 5 transactions should be free... and older version of app was way better than this one... Was planning to change my salary account to sbi as imps was free previously. . But now changed my mind.. dont wanna use account with such spoiled policy. Such policy that they are charging money even for failed IMPS transaction
I have been using state bank freedom old app since 4 years... Never faced a single problem. But one day i got a msg that please update your app it will not working . So i updated to new version now it says u have to register ur mobile no with atm then go to atm and try to register every time it fails to register.
This latest version is very poor,I have used both the apps.( Previous and this versions).In previous version app, there is no service charge deduction for IMPS transaction.This app charges 5.76 rupees for each IMPS transaction. In Previous app,we can add payee immediately and transfer the money quickly. But in this app,it takes 1 day to add payee. Highlighted anger in using this app is,it deducts service charge for Declined IMPS transaction. (5.76 rupees),Old version app was too good, I loved it very much
I have complete all registration process. But when I m transfer money in other bank. Then he is saying ifsc code is wrong. While I complete payee registration. And bank also send me msg after complete registration. And I m faceing the problem in many side like as stetmet, balance inquiry like that. It's should be change. And should be learning by axis bank mobile app.
No doubt the security interface ay have been improvised, bt definitely at the cost of seemless service. I have bewn using SBI freedom for last 4 years almost. The previous version was much better to complete transactions, though it was very basic. After the new update, the biggest victim has been IMPS payment (with IFSC). I sincerely request the app developers to fix it.
Great App. But the migration from old app to the new app should have been a simple update as per standard Android method. I had to repeat the entire process even though I was using the previous version. Even the instructions given in store listing is wrong because it says to register send sms as MBREG which should be MBSREG. Also the support mb.support email is unresponsive
Comparing to previous application this one having lots of error at the time of fund transfer and recharge,other banks mobile banking application are very good comparing to "India's largest Bank" really shame on your customer service call center reply after hearing the problem
After I changed my phone the app asked me to authenticate the device but I'm unable to complete the process. Keep getting the error " Due to some technical error we are unable to process your request currently " been more than a month now. Very disappointed!
My older one was not working. So after visiting my branch I installed this new version on branch advice. But I have tried several times to complete the registration process but each time it says"due to some technical problems can't process this time, try after some time".it made me frustrated.
App interface is quite nice, this new update works well... But few things are needed to be fixed by developer. IMPS with ac number and ifsc code is failure always as it does not ask for ifsc code while transferring. Developer please fix this
This new version is complicated as well it create problem while login. Apart from that it charges ₹5.70 for using IMPS service in old version its free. Main thing all other app kar updating their app and u guys aur downgrading ur app in previous app OTP can be generated for making payment but in this it is showing this service will be available soon....👎👎👎👎
worst service from SBI staff. they doesn't know the process properly.. even after several visits also, they dint resolved my problem. it gives different suggestions, which is irrelavant. i am very unhappy with the service. internet banking is also with lot of issues. they misplaced my documents twice in a month. again they are asking me to submit the KYC.. i requested for mobile number change by giving a letter with ID proof. but no use.
Unable to add payee for fund transfer. When entering limit above 50k it ahows limit exceeded.what is the limit, app will not shows the limits available. When adding with low limits it shows 'unable to add please try again'. Tried many times but no use... Nw using this app onky for checking balance. Not gud and user friendly as compared to other banks app that i'm using..
There seems to be no option for manually adding our other transaction accounts other than what the app adds on its own. eg. I have an OD ac and a savings ac. The sb ac has been added by default, but i cannot find any option to add the OD ac. Although i can utilize the OD ac through statebank anywhere. Also the app does not detect existing Fixed deposit acs and although the option for premature closure of FD is a welcome option, since the app does not detect existing FDs it does not serve the purpose.
Registration is cumbersome. If by mistake you change you handset, deregistering & re-registering takes a lot of time. New details do not updated in the main System for several days and it rejects your new password/I'd supplied by it. It tells you to contact branch where people do not have full knowledge nor they cooperate. When we contact the manager, he says that it is all window marketing and that they do not have staff.
The main purpose I use SBI Freedom App is for IMPS Fund Transfer, in previous app it was free of cost. But, now you are charging 5.73/- Rs per Transaction, Today I have been charged 5.73/- twice for Failed IMPS Transfer also. This is not Fair, you should not charge imps fees for Failed Transactions.
