State Bank Mobile Banking

I've been using this app for a long time, but now that I have a new phone and have installed it on the new phone, it no longer works. The app won't even open past the logo, won't go to the sign in page at all. I'll try to racing the cache, erasing all data, force stopping and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, you name it. Waited a month to see if the developer would fix it, but they have not. I will be switching banks unfortunately because it's how I do 95% of my banking. Disappointed

Fails to log in. Verify all information, call in still no resolution to problem. Just as easy to close accounts and go elsewhere. 6 months issues various times answer is sorry try again, no answer is to close accounts move on.

I wish we could do more , example see our full account number and routing numbers so we can use it when needed for work or taxes to have things direct deposited. I'd also like to log in with a fingerprint . I do like having an app but I wish it had more updates. Huntington has a nice banking app if you want to look at one and compare.

This app was amazing. However now....it will not open and keeps crashing on the spot. How can I check anything on the go? I can't. It's extremely frustrating and annoying.

Not working on two Android devices. State Bank no help.

While connect to call us options it got connected to a wrong no a person from bihar not a sbi bank or third party employees

The app doesn't work. I open it and it's frozen. I can't enter username or password. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing works.

The app works well, when it's working. The password requirements are annoying as well but I understand the need for enhanced security.

It's pretty simple and easy to figure out.

I use my mobile banking app several times a week. I can check balances..automatic deposits and do internal transfers so easily. Can't imagine not having it!

Its so quick & easy from home even as I'm paying bills or giving I can do it right then. Don't have to worry about forgetting ..I try not to transfer money very much cuz they sent me something on that ,that I didn't know about you can only make so many transfers. I wish I would have known .I might have read it & forgot..anyway I like it I do wish i could see at least see more months of past deposits & withdraws.

It was a 5 until the last update. Crashing before it does anything. Help! Update: working just fine.

Alerts does not work with my Android 10 phone. Just installed the new update on Feb 1,2022 and alerts still don't work

Crashes immediately after the last update. I'm about to switch banks

Works great for checking transactions and balances. Has ability to make internal transfers. Very few issues with crashes

Emily at the Wauseon branch is amazing person to work with. Her team Brandi and Mandi are awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable and they treat you like a real person. Their gold star treatment is the difference from banking local or at a big bank where you are just a number. Thank you for all that you do!

Since the update on my Android phone, this is the only app that will NOT work. I've tried everything. I USED to love this app. So disappointing!

Errors sincr the last update. It tells me to call for assistance, but prior to that, it worked amazing!

I have found this app to be reasonably user friendly. There are some challenges at times when attempting to review documents otherwise nice app.

It's not opening. Ever since my phone updated it now doesn't open. Get it fixed please asap or I will take my business elsewhere.

Error with app lately, uninstalled the app then downloaded it again thinking maybe that would help, still same error occurs
