It's been a year since this app stopped working for me. I've done everything possible to my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and just left the ATT store and they say the issue is 100% related to the app. The also goes for the IBB app. Same message, Data network is busy, try later.
Just opened bank account with the bank and I am going to close it. This app is absolutely terrible. It simply does not work. And when it works it has terrible design and no options. Dear Wintrust (State of the Lakes Bank) even some smaller credit unions have better phone apps. It's time to hire professionals to design or lose your customers.
Terrible. Never know if I'm going to be able to login and when I do I don't know how long I'll be in before getting kicked out. It also seems that my wife and I can't be logged in at the same time. We've also had issues with the mobile deposit feature. We're closing our accounts because of their lack of mobile banking functionality . . . takes forever for anything to post unless you make the deposit with a teller.
My experience has been horrible I'm always re-registering every single day. I say let's start a petition to fix your app if I have to sign in again I'm leaving your bank
Blank screen. Can't pull up my information. I left my last bank because I was sick on the inability to get a solid app. I shouldn't have to call the bank daily to see my account. Needs a major update and fast or I'll go find another bank that doesn't have so many app issues
I have had my mortgage here for 45 yrs. I just within 2 yrs moved over for other needs. The app for phone and iPad is mediocre at best. The Atm machine is antiquated. A lg corporation now Wintrust could do better. The app logs off while I am on there. I am not happy. I am ready to take my checking back to Chase. I only use ATM m, very often not in use.
Just got Pixel 3 XL and app won't work on my new phone. Worked great on my original Pixel. Will change rating when it starts to work. App just shuts down on start up.
This app is garbage... fingerprint log-on doesn't work half the time... no notifications EVER. Thinking about changing banks because of this Flintstone app so sad 😞
I recently started using this app. Not getting off to a good start. Each time I log in to the app I have to verify my device by requesting a code and entering it into the system. This is a huge inconvenience. Please fix this.
I have spent over 2 hrs trying to initiate a simple remote deposit capture! Called tech already uninstalled/reinstalled yet still no feature link! Ready to deposit elsewhere, other accts are easy and im nausious already
I wish the app would allow me to turn the flashlight on while making a check deposit I'm not always in the best lighting conditions and it makes it difficult other than that love the app easy to use and access
Everytime I open the app it just crashes... Used to work like a dream until recent updates.
Finger print recognition doesn't work any more. The App always forces me to put in my UN and PW to log in. Very disappointing!
App will not load after last update. Just a blank screen. Very frustrating
Outdated and just plain bad needs to be redone keyboard issues and doesn't stay logged in and you have to redo all your settings
App crashes often. "Can't process request"message when I try to log in.

Apps breaks often. Chase app doesnt have this issue.

People complain well, don't they? They nitpick, marginalize, and scrutinize so well, you'd think they were perfect humans themselves. However, we all know the truth...we know exactly what they are. App is fine. Works normally. For those who it doesn't....they just had nothing good to complain about today.
Well the app was fine until recently. I have to re-sign in every few days even though I have it set up to sign me in automatically. If I reset the settings to sign me in automatically it will do that for maybe 4 days before making me re-sign in and authenticate my information. I've never had these issues until recently. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it.
