Worst. They will not credit reward points for eligible transactions. Even if you mail them, you will not get reply. Last time I have opted for gift card. But never received it. As per their policy they will not take complaint after 30 days from redemption. This time I didn't get almost 8000 points.
The worst app ever. Always have some or the other error. I could never use my reward points with ease. It definitely needs an upgrade.
On visit this site While getting otp to redeem the points automatically system return back to the home page and the points was not shown Without reedeming points. Previously same thing was happened. This site was problem and my points was expired without concern
I have a made an order using point gained, but not sure whether the order is successfull. No message received for confirmation, but reward points are detected.... Also, another suggestion to merge this with YONO SBI to reduce no of apps installed...
Really SBI rewardz program is awesome. Every time I spent the debit card in different places it's giving me point and after i redeemed this point for mobile recharges and it will help me. Thank You sbi for making this beautiful app.
Very worst app. They are fraud , I recharged for redeeming, my reward points and excess money from my account is debited but my mobile is not recharged. Don't use the app they are making us fool. I have written a mail but no response.
Worthless App. Rewardz points cannot be Redeemed. Whenever try to Redeem, for mobile recharge, points becomes ZERO, though recharge is unsuccessful. It's a fraud.
The technology infrastructure of this app is really very poor....user interface is very lagy and hangy...And the worst part is that sometimes it's automatically logged out my account out of nowhere....
I redeemed my reward points for a gift card. They said they would send me the gift card on my email. But I got nothing. And this is the second time this is happening! Why give the points when they are just useless and can't be redeemed?! Please fix this problem soon...
App showed 455 points and tried to pay by debit card to purchase a product. Transaction failed but loyalty points were deducted, this needs to be reversed. Also app doesn't show address as printed on Passbook. Why so ?
Cannot use the rewards when needed, absolutely waste app. Tried for movie tickets, it doesn't open at all.
From yesterday app is not working. When I open this app, it says 'Forbidden' and not able to login. But website is working and able to login. Please fix this problem as soon as possible
The APP is unable to display movie list for booking of the movie ticket. For mobile recharge it was very easy smooth process. SBI to restore their partnership with Tripadvisor.
Does not show update accumulated reward amount.It shows upcoming expiry pts but not the date - when? Only advertisement for purchasing and pickpocketing public money, nothing else. New site is to befool public. It is only business propaganda. PITY.
Yesterday I have recharged one mobile number using rewards points and making additional payment of Rs. 612.50 Today is the last date of recharge of that mobile no but the has not yet been successful! There is what certainty that the mobile number shall be recharged by 11:59 pm tonight and what about the refund of money which has been deducted towards recharge of mobile.

App not working since last update. Unable to recharge my mobile. Instead it says, 'unable to create booking, try later'
App Doesn't open at all, everyime it says forbidden .. I've updated the app, also used forgot password option but everytime it's saying..Forbidden
Worst experience, when every trying to payment it gives and error, and the points get blocked for 24 hrs.

Worst experience my points cannot be redeemed properly. My transaction also failed. And my order not delivered.

Every day i try to recharge always fails . App developers bare sleeping or working i don't understand. It deserves only zero star for your worst maintenance

It seems that this app has been developed without any due consideration and thoughts. The user interface isn't user friendly. You have to really look for options which should be easily accessible. You cannot see the transaction history which tells you how you have earned those points. Points are updated very late. Sometimes, the points added are not right according to calculations. This app could be so much better but unfortunately, the developers aren't even concerned about it at the very least
When ever I try to redeem my earned reward points,,and thats too with different options that are available on this app..it shows that something went wrong...and because of that I am not able to redeem my earned points on this app. Please try to fix this problem.
