Features of the App:
1.App provides facility to the customers of State Bank of India /Non Customers to call the specific branches/ controllers for any query/issue.
2.Customers can generate Housing Loan and Education Loan Interest Certificates which will be sent to their email IDs registered with the bank.3.Account Statements for last six months can also be requested through this App.
4.Customers can also register their complaints through this app and can track the status of resolution of these complaints as well.
5.FAQs including relevant videos for deposits ,advances ,ATM ,Internet Banking ,Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet are available for customer convenience and imparting knowledge .

App functions is very good...but app working very slow & also not working single press any options, some time working when double tap. Kindly improve it then all will be fine.
Not updated you are trying to call on your branch help line but the person who picks up the call is not dere. He has been transferred to other place. And app is not updated properly.
The app does not work at all. It says that your request has been processed and required information will be sent to your email address as PDF but nothing comes even after weeks. Useless.
Bloody doesn't even open..... I was looking for SBI Pendurthi branch and the number in the internet doesn't work. When I called call centre they told me to install this stupid app where I can find any updated phone numbers of the branch. But this app doesn't work at all. Anyhow SBI doesn't give a damn about it customers.
m using it smoothly with excellent performance. but from few days the a/c related informations are not opening. e.g. if I apply for bank statement, it shows it will be delivered to my registered email id later, but it won't
Worst app does nothing, a simple request for account statement can not process it, always send respomde like server time out or server error. Worst App. SBI is living upto its expectation.
SBI services are worst ever, this app too useless. You guys only focus to deduct money from customer's account, you didn't pick up calls and always have a network issue, one day this bank will definitely go to private mode.
Absolutely useless app. It does not work. Registering your mobile number is impossible. Most of the time the server is down. SBI, please don't fool the trusting public. Poor show.
No helpline number is showing for branch 14650 (Barnala Road), also no one is responding to the email. Is it closed or In this COVID situation this is how you want to help your customers. Also complaint feature under feedback is not working on the app?
For the last 4 days trying to get account statement. Failed. Complaint given. Answer was to contact branch. Branch says come to bank and find.No one bothers even for Senior Citizens.
Never seen any worst app like this. When you call customer care they say use this app, when you use this app it doesn't work. Looks like only created to frustrate customers
Good concept but unfortunately technically poor app. It is only detecting sim 1 for generating otp without any input, so if registered number sim is not in no 1, not getting otp.
Working good in sometimes . But sometimes its always shows kindly try after sometime. We are not able to get monthly statements using this app.
It is a very useful app for statement of govt and large current accounts. But since last few days when we search sbi samadhaan in playstore ,sbi quick is shown..Plz make this app available in search engine
Worst ever service.Not able use single service.Always showing unable to serve request.. when will u be able to serve then? Providing wrong numbers of branch managers.
very very bad service...customer executives and manager Don't want to help customers...very bad attitude ..there is no point of contacting to any sbi customer care...most of the no. they have provided are out of service and its totally frustrating when your amount get deducted with no reason and they are not helping you...worst bank service ...SBI has become so adamant....phew

Waste banking application..... Smart OTP message was not accepted for international mobile number.... Poor improvement.... So I am uninstalling.... Also not reading any reviews of SBI customer.....
Its a good app for convenience of users but it still have scope for improvement..like its better to merge the sbi quick functions with this sbi samadhan's statement function..The other functions in Sbi samadhan app (except account statement) is of very little use .Also,the period of acc statement should be atleast previous 1 year
Useless app, always server down, search, helpline, complaints don't work. Close down the app, worthless.
Since 10 days im trying to make a complaint, always error message showing unable to serve the request. Please make it working at the earliest
Instead of so many useless app u may good feature of different app and make a single user friendly app. U can integrate SBI quick with this app

Unable to get account statement . It is showing an error invalid message format. Worst app
The entire details of any branch within the SBI Samadhan apps are not updated and the current number of any branch which the branch manager is currently using is not the old number. The number shows of the old branch manager, who had gone from that branch 1 year before posting or had gone to another branch.
From last 5 days I m requesting for account statement it's only showing it's will send to your email ID but is never come waste app
Very useful app..especially for public fund accounts . Earlier we had to wait in queaue for request for monthly statement which was very time consuming ..Now through this app, we could generate e-statement without any hassle..Also the statement is very clear and concise...Only one request, there should be a provision for statement request for longer duration. like precious year , or whole year, then I would definitely rate 5 star. .
