State Bank Secure OTP

Like everyone else, this update again broke this app. Now it says my phone is no longer registered and the registration is not working. Hope it doesn't take 2 months again to get this fixed. Like most users noted, the app is frozen as soon as you open it rendering it totally useless. I cannot believe this has been like this for 2 months now!

Always down when needed. Unable to process request. Now I uninstalled the app last week, installed again and it worked. But since yesterday night again the same issue. Unable to process request. Highly unreliable. Whenever you need it fails. I hope sbi can hire better programmers to come up with a more robust version of the app.

My YONO internet ID, password had expired. I had to regenerate a new password through SBI official website. But when i tried to regenerate a password in website, a OTP should be received through SMS. But i didn't get any OTP. I tried a lot. I visited branch , They recommended this app to install, I couldn't even able to register myself. Pathetic service. Time wasted.

Horrendous. The SBI Secure app is the most dangerous app to have for generating a OTP. It is unreliable and fails at random. Don't use it if it is the only banking app you are using. After the current update, the app is simply not going beyond the first page.

Only sometimes working application. After some times it's stopped working and asked for re registration. While started re registration it's saying we can not complete this time please try after sometimes. And operator charging for message.

Same issue everytime I update the app, while registering it again it says unable to process your request currently. Not able to de register also ,very pathetic service even after seeing the app rating there is no improvement. Will never use secure otp again.

I have been using this app since long time, the problem i repeatedly faced is after every update of app I have to again register for it. That's makes it a useless app. Sometimes the process of registering takes days. Thanks @sbi for making this worst app. Every update is a nightmare.

Without any reason the app demands registration process once in a while, which doesn't go through smoothly. It is a pain in this aspect although when the app works, it is very comfortable.

Not even a single star I give but it's mandatory to mention a star for posting. I can't even register in this app to activate. How the hell will this app work to get OTP for transaction. A total failure app from SBI.

Asking to re-registrater. After sending the system generated text to predefined number, always saying try again later. Is there any solution. I tried dozens of times.

I have to register every time when the app do update. I couldnt use the app if i didnt update. I have to put the restered mobile number sim card in the same phone to register. I keep my registered mobile number in another phone for some reason. If i have the registered mobile number always with me why should i use this app for otp.

After the latest update, I am unable to re-register after entering the user name and login password. Error report says, it is unable to process at the moment.

Everytime there is an update you have to re register. Don't understand why. Please fix it. It's not possible for the customer to register every single time.

whenever I try to activate it a message comes- We are unable to process your request. Please try after some time. why it is happening. I am unable to transfer funds from my saving account due to this.

This is a really stupid app. I just updated the software now i am unable to receive messages from my registered mobile number. SBI service team should look upon such in convenient done to consumers.

I am an NRI customer. When my mobile change I have to install apps in new phone. But this app when ever I try to configure its showing "we are unable to process your request. Pls try after sometime" from the last 1 week same story. I lost more money for the message, due to the failure. Who is is responsible? What can I do? Where I can complaint?

why the hell you guys De register a user on update releases. Every sms send to verify this hell is not free for me. its N number of sms sending and the response is we are unable to process the request.. what kind of professionals you guys are..

Could not register on app. Always showing "unable to process your request. Please try after sometime".

Cannot register now. It telling try after some time. Using this app For 6 years now can't register

The worst app ever of the sbi..It never registers any account. Goes on telling ' try again after some time.

I have been using this app for a very long time, and now I'm changing my review. While the online OTP feature used to give some issue or the other, the offline OTP was a lifesaver. But now that they've stopped the offline OTP for some reason, the app feels useless to me (unless I'm in a place where there's WiFi or some kind of connectivity). The online OTP feature has some issue or the other, every day, and it just stays blank for a few days, till it decides it's ready to give me an OTP.

This App is useless. Even after sending SMS from my registered mobile number, I am not able to proceed further. On top of that this App has become mandatory, it seems. I am not getting OTP as I used to get earlier. Please resolve the issue. I can see from the feedback list, many customers are facing the similar issue. When everything works fine, then I don't understand what is the need of change. And if you change, then before launching an app, at least do a basic testing.

Please Fix !!! Recently it doesn't launch...just stuck without opening even after closing and opening multiple times. Very bad to have these problems for these kind of important apps. Thanks for your reply. As I said I cleared cache and data and the issue is still same. It doesn't allow taking screenshot, you should know that as a developer, so how can we provide screenshot. Please don't give same automated response to everyone, instead fix the issue. This app stuck at home screen.

App stopped working after update. It's just stuck in the opening screen and is blocking any transaction! UPDATE: Thank you for the response. The issue persists even after clearing the cache/data and reinstalling the app. Screenshots are disabled by the app and there are no error messages, just a blank start screen with the SBI secureOTP image.

The latest update broke the app. I'm an NRI customer and relied on this for OTP. I tried most of the common solutions uninstall/reinstall, clear cache and data but it's all fruitless. It's just frozen at the launch screen. Update: Mail sent but no response. I'm not very hopeful had SBI cared about customers they would have fixed it within a few days. This is almost a month now very disappointed.
