When it works it's great. But atleast twice a month it will log you out and not recognize your login info for two or three days. Its ridiculous already. Always locking my out on or around payday. Please fix this 🐂💩

Interface is good and easy to navigate, the app itself is responsive.
This is the 1st time this app has worked for quite some time. That was very frustrating. I complained a couple of times with no avail.
I haven't been able to get in my mobile account for almost a week. I can't reach anyone to resolve my problem. Now it's 9/14/21 this app worked for two days and now it's inoperable. It seems every time the application is updated it doesn't work. I will not endorse this application. My opinion on this app has been terrible and I feel the same. This app continually malfunction and it's unusable. I have been trying for the past week trying to retrieve my information. Same problem. 2/17/22
This app is broken again... what in the world is going on with your dev team.... "Application has broken security policies and will be shut down."
The mobile app keeps telling me it doesn't see an endorsement on the back of the check. I have done everthing you asked me to do. Uninstall & reinstall app still doesnt work. Put the check on a dark surface. Nope!! Darken all the writing on the back of check. Hell no still doesn't work!!! Reinstall app 1 more time...NOPE!!! I will find a bank that the mobile app works for deposits if it doesnt get fixed!
Overall, it's okay. It could use a few more options like card management, for instance. So I can order a new card with less hassle. As for most ppls issues of it not opening, just wait a few, and it'll open again. And only having customer service on weekdays during bank hours is not convenient at all.
App stopped opening recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times already. Sometimes shows the bank emblem sometimes just a blank white screen. Have had to go back to signing in through the actual website. When the app worked it was good. Totally disappointed. Hope it gets fixed soon!

This app fails to login 90 percent of the time, and fails to log in with the correct credentials and with the fingerprint scan. I have to delete and reinstall the app once a month. Ill be changing banks cause im so sick of not being able to do something as simple as view my ballance.
This app went from easy and convinient to the most horrible platform for banking ever. Like seriously. A password that I forgot should be easier to recover especially after hours when I cannot get in contact with my bank. When did they also require a password for an internal tansfer in your own account. Also the constant errors and not "clarifying" some of my info is getting ridiculous.
Mobile deposits have been greatly improved, it rarely rejects reasonable photos anymore. I wish they'd put the exact "for SECU mobile deposit only" phrasing somewhere in the app, I've gotten grumpy emails for not having the wording exactly right. If they're going to be such sticklers it should be made clear during the process.
It's been 2 weeks now and I still have not been able get the app to stay running long enough load the to the log in screen before it boots me off. I have been using the web browser to access my account.
It's on the better side of noble banking simple and useful just wish you can get more info on your transactions when you touch on them, like a timestamp, address and what not. Now after the last update I am no longer able to access the app.
Always have trouble logging in. Now, I am able to log in but get an error message and i cant see my account details, says to call for assistance. The information in the app compared to online banking never matches. The app will not show pending charges clearly and my avaliable balance is not accurate. I will just continue to login to online banking (when I can, seems like i am having more trouble with the regular site recently also).
For the app it's ok to check your balance. Transfer to other accounts is within your accounts and not to other people, wish they would make it to where you can send to other people... fingerprint log in...ALWAYS, ALWAYS,ALWAYS glitches out and makes me reset. I know it's not my phone..give it more than 1 attempt.
So convenient. Can make payments,, pay bills, and make transfers to my savings accounts. Also, it's super nice not to have to type a password every time I sign in, as I can just use the fingerprint scanner on my phone. 5 stars.
This app is horrible either you can never log in because all the error messages or they won't accept a picture for the direct deposit. Either way this app is horrible and need a lot of work. I would love to give 0 stars if I could.
Easy to use, only issue is often it'll be down for service. I particularly like the instant balance feature so I don't have to type in my password to quickly check my balance.
I can't load the app ever. Just has logo in middle of the screen. And NO! It is not my phone or data or connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times.
App works great, I especially love the fingerprint access feature! However I would like the option to transfer money to my set friends accounts on the app instead of having to go to the website!
So far very easy to use and i like the security features. My only complaint is the lack of a Venmo/Paypal type option that other CU's offer where you can send money to someone directly from your account without a fee.
Very good app. with no bugs I've encountered yet. Its very frustrating when your trying to run a business and the app your using is constantly freezing ect. This app is virtually stress free though and makes managing my bank account a breeze now.! Love it and thank you for providing this invaluable resource to your members!
The app is good for what it is kinda meant to do, although limited. The reason for the 1 star rating is 70% of the time the app lets me in, but sometimes it says it can't validate my credentials. Frustrating. Makes me want to switch banks just because of this.
It's a fine app, but mobile deposits are a confusing. The developer needs to correct the instructions to put quotes around the words that must be written on the back of the check. Some of my deposits were rejected because the instructions were unclear.
I Fixed "Will not load Automated click warning" no customer service support. Not exactly sure how I got it to work again or why it stopped in first place. Useful when it works.
I absolutely love this app makes banking easier. Only thing is I don't receive notifications and it is very difficult to take pictures to deposit checks through the phone
App will not open. I have installed and uninstalled mulitple times over the past 3 weeks. Cannot determine what has changed.
(2021)This app sucks. Its only useful for checking balances and making internal transfers. Any details about anything and you'll either need to waste time calling during business hours only 👎 or go to your desktop. BS (mar2022)app crashed for some security-related 😒
