Using Android. After entering username and password, screen goes to a blank authenticate screen then briefly the state home screen with a spinny loading circle before finally saying "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later" This app needs to be trashed and redeveloped.
Same experience as everyone else, can't log in. Had trouble on the normal site on my phone too. Also, doesn't give the option to see my policy in written letter form which I used to be able to do. It outlined a lot more of my policy in detail.
When the login page eventually loaded on my Samsung s10+ I was unable to select fields and type a username and password, but I did have success using the LastPass Autofill function to log in, and the app seems to function correctly after passing this hurdle.
App was working fine but now the log in screen doesnt load. Reinstalling the app did not work either. It just comes up with a blank screen with 'authenticate' at the top.
Works on my OnePlus 7 Pro but is disturbingly slow to log in. It totally fails to open on my old phone and my friends phone. I would be embarrassed to be the programmer of this app in its current "State"
Has authentication issuse and it you continue does not allow you to login. Also on Web page the download icon does not work. Question do I really what to give my money to this company for insurance that may not work
Useless app. Hangs at authentication screen for ages before it allows you to enter details, then when you click on authenticate button it just loops, clears details, and hangs again
The most useless app for account management that I have seen in a while. You can't log in You can see if you have any out standing payments You can't even see your policies Seriously what's the point ?
May as well not have the app, cant do anything with it and State knows it's not working but can ir wont fix the bugs. PS apparently it's only android experiencing this issue.
Unable to log in on Samsung note 9 Android pie. Can't click on any field or button in login page. Can scroll up and down but only with significant lag.
Aug 2019: Absolutely useless... was happy to see an app out as it makes things easier, but couldn't even log in. Dec 2020: Same issue. Seems they gave up on the Android app ages ago.
Easy to update password but terrible once logged in...everything I attempted to do said unable to load...try again later. More joy waiting for phone to be answered than waiting for app to work proficiently.
I installed it. The login screen comes up but I cannot login, screen just freezes on my oppo R11. Have uninstalled. Will wait for an updated version that works.
Worst app ever. Does not work. Tried to install three times. You would think with this organisation being international the app would work. I understand why it is given one star
Pathetic. And MyState online needs help. You should be able to see past and upcoming payments on Policies. What's the point of MyState otherwise. Get with the play State.

really slow to load the login screen and does nt accept credentials. The feedback form doesnt work either .

Same problem as the last dozen odd reviews. Can't log in. Also the website is not working on my phone either! Can't log in on either app or site! Have deleted and reinstalled app multiple times and still nothing.! Seriously needs to be fixed or deleted! I see state haven't even replied to any of the 1 star reviews so that's not very impressive customer service....
