State of Survival: Survive the Zombie Apocalypse

I love this game. Many hours of my life have been spent playing it over the past year. But the most recent update has completely disabled the game for me. The crashing issues are so bad now that I can't even contact customer service in app. It's become so frustrating. I can't even complete daily tasks. I literally spend more time trying to log in than I do actually playing the game. I've reinstalled the app and updated it several times. Nothing is working. Please help!!!

The game us fun. A little easier and cheaper than other strategy games out there. I enjoy the npc play. The customer service is absolute garbage though. If the game runs smoothly it is great, but if something goes wrong..good luck getting devs to reply in a timely manner. Finding how to contact support is a task in its own. The system will give you a run around loop of automated answers that doesn't help you.

Having spent over a year playing this game I think overall it is engaging with some boring elements that could be improved like the explorer challenges that are very repetitive and are tedious to do. I've seen quite a few complaints about the amount of money you need to spend to play it but if you are happy to play at a lower level you can still enjoy this game without doing this. If you are an absolute beginner to this type of game you might find it confusing to begin with (I was lol).

The app's been freezing up a lot when I'm playing since I installed the last update. Have had to exit the app at least 3x. Also, a minor but very conspicuous thing, when you go to the heroes, they seem to be darker in color; as if the underlying or base color is black. They also look like they're levitating, especially when you rotate them.

It is addicting as ever, which is fun until it can become too much when you feel like you have to keep up. I at least, know my strengths and weaknesses enough, attention span wise, to snap myself out of it. But for others with similar ADHD or ASD type of fixation issues, that are less manageable, I wouldn't recommend downloading it, until you have a good grasp on not falling into the rabbit hole this game leads. That's the only reason I am giving 4 out of 5.

Half a waiting simulator, half a pay-to-be-better than others. The main issue I see is that it's a supposedly strategy survival game with barely any strategy or survival. It doesnt require skill, planning or decision making, you just have to hit that upgrade button every few hours and join a powerful alliance with people who spend hundreds of $$$. I dont give it 1 star because some events are mildly fun, but as far as gameplay goes, very unoriginal and pointless.

Overall this is a addicting game. I have soent a few weeks playing.. Down fall.. I keep having issues with downloading a photo.. I just gave up.. Major issue though i keep getting kicked out of my game every 10 mins it seems. I have tried to clear the app.. Clean my phone. Numerous times but i am continuously having this same issue.. And its effexting me with my battles and gathering. It will either freeze then log out.. And just completely go back to home screen.

I returned to the game half a year later and things are still the same, except for higher level cap which only a few can achieve. Some events have better rewards than before, but it still isn't enough to make the game balanced. I understand that players can't be stopped from paying for progress, but there should be balance between the high spenders vs others. There's barely any strategy needed because of the power imbalance. I hope the state merge will bring forth more features and balance.

I like the game and will continue playing but here are my critiques; 1. There needs to be more expansion. I fully expanded my settlement in two and a half days. 2. There needs to be more buildings; residences, stores, recreational etc either from expanding and finding or for purchase. 3. We need to be able to rotate buildings and decorations. 4. There shouldn't be a decorations cap. I get 5 extra roads per level yet ALL this space in my settlement? Doesn't make sense. Overall a good game tho.

I'm loving the game so far, I'm literally addicted, I installed it to earn golds in another app but I ended up loving it, it's really cool to play and complete the missions, I just don't like the time to update some buildings as you evolve, sometimes it's too time to upgrade 1 building, i recently upgraded one to level 16 and it took me 16 hours, the next one will be a full day?? But despite that the app is really very good

Was an awesome experience. Very fun to play... until the sound bug hit me. Tried to "repair game" a few times, didnt work. Tried to lodge a support ticket and the submit button didnt work lol. Immersion completely lost. Aw well. I could handle the laggyness from time to time but that sound bug was the last straw.

This game is great so far. It was really easy to upgrade everything until I got impatient. The game play is super chill for killing zombies and strategizing and the graphics are pretty good. It runs kind of weird on PC (because it's made for mobile devices) and runs better on my tablet. The packs to upgrade items are pretty well priced and you get a lot of items when you complete tasks.

I really enjoyed it at first but I couldn't advance till I paid money after hq level 25. And it doesn't stop here, everything new after updates as in new characters, chapters, events... is meant to rip you off. I invested in some but I reached a point where events, characters... have the same concept but different icons and titles. The game doesn't move forward and becomes boring. Not to forget that customer service are inefficient and unhelpful!

This is my experience, you have to depend on too many other things in order to upgrade something to the next level there's too many in-app purchases that has to be made in order to do certain things you can't go fight zombies like you want to without having to buy something way too much that's too much drama therefore if something isn't done about this I will be uninstalling this app other than that fun game but have to depend on too many other things in order to go forward that's the main prob

After updating the latest version, (v.1.15.20) . I could not get in the game. It keeps on loading then reconnect. There is no problem with my internet. almost 2 days now i can't play the game. I really like the game, its just sad to think i wont be able to play again. All my achievements for 2 years are going to waste.

It's a shame I like this game but it really is a pay-to-win game some of the top characters you cannot upgrade without purchasing hero fragments with real money it's lame and biased. It's bad enough that people who spend a bunch of money on this game can level up faster and gain power quicker, but there are pieces in the game that say they can be used for upgrading ANY legendary hero so they're lying to us as well because they can't

Initially this game is a lot of fun, until the grind sets in, or the constant challenges that encourage you to spend, the worst one is the most recent top-up event, the top reward requires you to top-up 600,000 biocaps that equates to spending £1,000 to achieve (thats only because they dropped the top price down to £75.99, when it was £99.99 you'd be looking at £1200 to complete it), when devs start doing things like this it becomes obvious that they're only after your money.

This game honestly does not have a single original idea. The characters are incredibly generic, the art style uninspired, the story barely exists, and all the gameplay has been done by plenty of other games, only better. It's mostly a town builder/resource gathering that requires waiting hours to progress. The only time you actually play (tower defense missions) was fun for a bit...until I realized all the maps are the exact same. On top of that, it's super scummy pay to win and not like the ads

I enjoy this game. No problems playing on my phone. I've seen reviews about how you have to spend money to really do anything in the game and I disagree. I have never made an in game purchase. I participate in challenges and events and log into the game about once per day. I've always won speed-ups and other items to keep play going for awhile. If you don't want to make in game purchases you just need a little patience until you get to the higher levels and you obtain more rewards.

Decent game, fun, a good amount of events going on to keep you engaged and getting rewards. Of course that is if you can get the game to load. I contacted support who replied back with the basic IT BS that i had already done. They closed the help ticket probably as soon as they sent the reply email. I tried the reinstall and i am still stuck not being able to log in. Before the reinstall i was getting scouted, which means i probably won't have a base if I can get back in. Thanks for nothing IT

This game is wonderful, but they really need to implement the use of resources to que upgrades and troop trainings it would be great. And also being able to relocate to other states. Alot of the other games i usually play have those features. I hate having to wait days and hours for buildings and troops and having to come back and have to click everything all over again especially when you start seeing build times that take more then 4 days it almost forces you to have to spend money.

It shows to update the game in the system section of the mail and it brought me here but it doesnt give me the option of updating. I also couldnt get the game to load. Ive tried several times but it only loads till it says 'downloading game resources' and then it stops. The connection symbol pops up and keeps telling me to reconnect. Im hooked to the same internet my sister is...her game is running smoothly.

Good game if you get in the right alliance, only thing I'd like to see is the option to delete players I've made 3 while I was starting out and now found a decent state and alliance but want to get rid of my other characters please allow an option for us to do this. I feel stamina runs out far to quick this needs to be changed fo people to enjoy the game little more. I want to be able to play so giving players the option to have more stamina would be great.

I enjoy the basic premise of the game. However I'm at a point now where I can't save up enough supplies to upgrade anything because I'm constantly getting attacked by other players. If you ever decide to get rid of the PvP aspect or make a state that is strictly PvE I might give it another chance. Until then I'm done with it.

The dialogue is extremely sexist and not so thoughtful. Not a very attractive storyline either. Also everytime I try to do something, a hand appears pointing at another thing, way past the initial tutorial. This makes it very hard to enjoy play, as at a certain point, people can figure things out on their own.
