State Statute (NJ, PA, NY, DC & VA Law App)

Highly recommended! I've been using various reference apps for over a decade and I have several that I've purchased. I've been using this app for at least 2 years and it's the best app available, in my opinion. I like the statue format and the ability to create a favorites list. Recently I had an issue with a particular code crashing. I emailed the developer and got a reply almost immediately. The app was running perfectly in less than an hour. Buy this app, it's worth every penny.

Great app! While I was initially skeptical of the change to subscription service, I get it. And honestly, I'd rather pay to support it then to have a free app and have to deal with adds and potential inaccuracies. The developer is just as good. Spent time to personally assist me with an issue I had with the subscription. Helped me sort it out and got me back on.

I have been a user of this app since its been around. My only complaint is that when it all got combined into one app, we lost the ability to add things to favorites by long pressing. I got a new phone and hence lost all my favorites. Adding 100 different statutes and traffic violations is horrible when I have to add each individual one by clicking on it then addi g to favorites and exiting back out before moving to the next one. Please add back the long press favorite add!

To the developer who thinks they can portray reason for my last one star comment. Let me rephrase. To the public: Go online, this app gives no beneficial functionality, nor does it justify any means for professional use. That being said go to your states laws website, via smart phone, laptop, tablet which websites of course are free to the public and stop paying to subscribe. Laws and statues are infact updated online as well. Thanks.

I find any app thats about law very intresting. And this one has not disappointed me. I literally have spent an entire day n this app nd will now spend most of the night doing the same thing.

I subscribed to the PA all titles and it is missing title 18 and 75 for some reason when it says in the description that it includes them. I will update my review when it is fixed. Update: Problem has been fixed in a timely manner. Very happy with this product and the developer.

Great App, accurate and up to date. I like just checking my phone instead of pulling out the "Book"

I bought this app in 2015 when I became an officer. I used it quite a few times and it was very helpful. Now the new update requires a yearly subscription even though I already purchased the original app. I won't be using it anymore unless I, like many other users, get the subscription costs waived for being a prior purchaser. I honestly want a refund because now I can't use something I paid for. Had it been a yearly subscription from the beginning I never would've purchased it. Very unhappy.

Developer appears to have reneged on the terms of the original application, which assured users further purchase was unnecessary and that they would be automatically updated. While I understand switching to a subscription service for new customers on a new app, disabling the original three apps purchased seems like a violation of the Developer Distribution Agreement. I will do my due diligence and research this fact and if I'm wrong, I will amend my rating. Louis, you are welcome to educate me.

I purchased this app NJ 2c along with Title 39 before it was subscription based. Refund me my money back! You can't sell an app and a few years later the app data disappears because you want more money from me. Totally disappointed with the creators and totally sure this shady business practice won't fly anywhere else.

I thought this would have been a helpful site, but to get ANY answers or Help, you MUST pay for information about your state, its laws, and your rights. It's not right. Looks like the poor people lose again. (They) got "Us", where they want us. Guilty until PROVEN Innocent.

I paid a few years ago for two apps by this developer and now the developer wanted yearly payments for each. The developer furthermore ended the previous apps paid for in an attempt to get everyone to switch to subscription based payments. All previous money paid to the developer was lost.

I downloaded app & couldnt find my state so i emailed & wasnt exspecting any return as most time we all dont receive return response. But OMG!, In less then minute i recieved email and (basicslly stated)she replied no problem & your request is taken care of! So i went back on app & damm not only 1 state i requested but 2, Mass& Rhode island. She also she is an extremly professional person( which she better than that, why? Because she's down to earth with a sense of humor!) So download & try!

I'll be honest with all of you that download this app. The dev is really quick to reply to requests for missing states, and will work with you on the issue. Honestly that gives them a 5 star, because the fact that they were very respectful about the issue. Keep it up State Statute & Federal Law Dev.

Never going to use this app. It is very misleading

SCAM Bought both the 2c and 39 apps. Used them both for years. SUDDENLY the apps are now subscription based and the money I already paid for purchase is gone. Do NOT subscribe. There are FREE alternatives. Shady business move to say it politely.

Great app for work. Search feature is not always the best. The information is very accurate and the app is easy to navigate. It is worth the money!

* Developer responded to my feedback in a timely manner and resolved a previous issue fully. 5 stars. Simplest interface of any of these apps. $3 per year is not a lot to pay when you need to reference a statute in a hurry.

Sucks you guys don't have utah. You can never find anything like apps for utah laws. It's like they intentionally try to make it difficult for anyone who lives in utah to know how to defend themselves..or make it hard for anyone to really know which government official, office, or branch is just writing the rules as they go.

SCAM!!!! Paid for app then the host changed it to a subscription base app. I emailed the host requesting ONLY a refund but was denied. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do Not Use this application.

Already paid once and that was supposed to cover cost...now they want a subscription

I paid money for this app a year ago. Now it gets pulled and I have to pay again? Every year? No thanks, I'll go use a free version with the same information.

Developer made the app a subscription-based service and I have since found and have been using a free alternative.

Used to be one time payment, now all the sudden they want you to pay each year.

Wow. Changed it to subscription based and nerfed his old APP without notice. Shady!
