Just like the Web app, the mobile app took a step backward. Poor design and minimum functionality are two of the biggest issues.
The new app is sort of archaic compared to the previous version. No bill pay, no minimum balance notification, when checking my account it only gives the transaction amount and not my balance at time of transaction... It seems like this new software program took a big step in the wrong direction.
Out of date it should send alerts if your card is locked or disabled. Plan on switching to chase or a different credit union.
