I found it odd that on Facebook there is NO negative feedback visible to the public, which is odd and definitely not transparent. My comment has been deleted already once. The place I stayed at in downtown Portland was nice. However, the key set up is an absolute joke and there was never any follow through with the "on site staff". It took an hour to even be let into the apartment we rented, and we missed our anniversary dinner reservations. Also no one ever brought us th

this app is a joke, it constantly closes or abruptly quits. It actually has no use then to send you to their web page which isnt much better. I will say the web page has improved over the last year, but it could still use alot more improvement. This will be the second time to book with this company, the first time I found it through home away and it was such a pain to book through stay alfred.

I really don't understand, as a software engineer with more than 35 years of experience of writing safety critical aerospace software, how you can publish an app that patently doesn't work. Do you ever text the app - answer no!!!!

It's not recognizing my trips. I can't add trips using reservation numbers and my name. These same trips are on the web site. Useless app.

App is useless. Cannot pull up reservations. Website is pretty bad too. I love using Stay Alfred rentals, but wish they would get their website and app working. Makes the company look bad.
